This property was an amazing setting for a weekend trip with my four adult children and their families. The rooms are spacious, with beautiful, yet comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is well-appointed with appliances, cookware, serving dishes and utensils. Each bedroom was unique in its decor and everyone reported a comfortable sleep! The porches and patio added an extra space to enjoy. The Marlin House is conveniently located just a few blocks from the downtown shopping area. The staff at Coastline Realty, as well as the home owners, were very responsive, providing information prior to our visit. We highly recommend this home and look forward to a return visit.
The sunroom was our favorite!
Our family of 12 enjoyed dinner all together here.

A Wonderful Winter Weekend

Our family of 11 (4 children and 7 adults) had a fantastic stay in this charming Cape May house! The house is beautiful and spacious. . The 4 kids were all able to stay in one room with 2 twins and one day bed with a trundle bed. It was also nice to have 4 full bathrooms throughout the house. We had everything we needed and were very impressed. We would definitely recommend.

Immaculate home!

This VRBO rental in Cape May exceeded all expectations with its spacious layout and prime location near Washington Street Mall and next to the Elmen Physick Estate. The well-equipped kitchen, abundant pantry essentials, and spacious dining areas catered to every need. The luxurious master bedroom included a seating area with a computer desk, a walking closet, and a jacuzzi. Multiple living spaces- sunroom, family room, formal living room- and lower level bedrooms and bathroom offered ample comfort and privacy. Thoughtful amenities such as TVs in every room, games for family fun nights, and labeled essentials enhanced the stay. Excellent customer service from Coastline Realty! The owners paid meticulous attention to detail for the renters' convenience. Everything was thoughtfully labeled, from recycling instructions to essential information neatly displayed in a three-section frame. We were also touched by the thoughtful welcome gift of Cape May wine and local honey, a perfect introduction to the area's delights. In conclusion, this rental is a true gem in Cape May, and we can't wait to return! Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home!

Family Reunion

Perfect location and rental property for a family reunion to celebrate the 50th wedding anniversary of our parents. Home was spacious, clean, in a great location with plenty of parking. Very satisfied with our stay.

Beautiful Home for a Large Group

We were a group of birders down to Cape May to enjoy the natural wonders of the area. The house completely satisfied our needs with lots of bedrooms, large bathrooms, wonderful kitchen and living areas for all to enjoy the evenings. We did have some minor issues with parking for everyone, but otherwise it was great. Of course, we wished it was located at the Point, but you can't have everything.

Week stay

This property is lovely and provided ample space for my entire family. The location is great with everything within a short bike ride or 15 minute walk. Would recommend this house to any large families with a pet.

Charming Cape May retreat

Our family of 4 enjoyed a short vacation in the house and were very pleased with the house, its furnishing and excellent location. We were not thrilled with the management company which was a little over the top with its lengthy contract and policies for a 3night stay. We chose to pay for linen service but did not expect to be given two huge bags of linens when we went to pick up the key. They also didn't provide for the whole house, just enough for 4 people which didn't correlate with the rooms we wanted to use. They dropped off the linens for the beds we wanted to use the next day. At the end of the vacation we had to return the linens to the management company as well at a designated time early in the morning. Again, beautiful home, plenty of space for large family gatherings but slight annoyance with the property management.

Beautiful Home with a Beach Flair

The Marlin House was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated with a beach theme. It was the perfect family home, located on a street lined with amazing Victorian homes. We enjoyed the convenient walk into the town each day and the short drive to the beach. Wonderful vacation!

Wonderful beach vacation

We had a wonderful week in Cape May, largely due to the comfort of this house. It was the perfect place for my husband and I, our 3 yo and 9 month daughters, and my parents. Highly recommend, you won’t regret it!

Memorable Family Holiday

This home was perfect for our annual family Christmas Holiday. Our family has grown to 15 and the layout for this house worked for everyone. My granddaughters loved the fact they could all sleep in the same room and there was plenty of private space for all the adults. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very spacious. My grandchildren loved playing board games at the table in the family room and there was plenty of room for everyone to be all together. Everyone said this was the best holiday weekend we have had in Cape May in the past 5 years and highly recommend this property and look forward to booking it again.

Great week in Cape May!

This home is wonderful. It was the perfect size for our family. The backyard was very private for the grandkids to play and ride their little scooters. The outdoor grill was very nice. We truly enjoyed our visit and booked this house again for next summer.

Nice house but far from the beach

The house is lovely and well stocked with Kitchen staples. There are TVs in every room and games and puzzles available. We loved sitting on the front porch or in the yard. It is a mile to the beach. We drove everyday and found parking not a problem although it was metered. Loved having access to the beach locker. We bought beach badges for the week. There was a fair amount of traffic in front of the house as Washington Street is a busy road.
