Not only is the location golden, but the home also combines timeless charm with modern comforts and amenities, featuring large bedrooms, a sunroom with a serene view of the backyard and a generous dining room ideal for family gatherings, central AC and heat, high speed internet, outdoor grill, smart tv and much more. Having 2 queen beds, 1 king bed, and 1 bunk bed (twin over full), guests will find a wonderful retreat to relax and recharge. Great Location, Beautiful House

The house is absolutely gorgeous with tons of amazing architectural details throughout. It is also in a great location central to Cape Charles and across the street from the park. Our 4 year old really appreciated that we could get to the playground very quickly and easily. And having a couple of old arcade games systems was awesome as well! We played those quite a bit. Overall there are plenty of amenities in the house and the beds are quite comfortable too.I do highly recommend renting the golf cart as well, as that made getting around town a breeze, and you can fit in much smaller spaces than a car on a busy weekend. The owners sent several emails ahead of the stay to keep us informed of the check in process and what to bring vs what is provided. We met the owner in person by chance walking out one day as he was mowing the lawn on the property, and he was very friendly and told us about the future updates they plan to make to the property. One thing to note if you have a large family is that there is only one tub/shower. It worked for us just fine, but something to be aware of. All in all we truly enjoyed our stay in this property and would definitely recommend it.
