The staff acts as if they couldn’t be bothered , I had a uber eats delivery by my door that I noticed in the morning which belonged to another hotel guest! What’s bad about that is what type of security would allow anyone to come into this hotel and Rome the halls to do who knows what ! To me that is unacceptable.

Stains on carpet. Very limited items for breakfast. Check in clerk was not friendly. Was told when we called that we could park for length of cruise plus shuttle tickets for nominal fee. When we called we were told we could not do this. Then when we checked in we were told we could. By that time we had already booked elsewhere. Will not stay here again.
