Location was great, staff was nice. The room was fine, we had trouble with the sink draining, so we had to move rooms. Breakfast was only until 9:30 am, which was hard since we didnt arrive until 12:30 am. It would have been nice for it to be a little later. Other than that, it was a good place to stay before our cruise.

The rooms were horrible. The first two rooms we were checked into both had broken toilets. Staff upgraded us to a suite which also had issues with the hot water in the shower. In our second room, the main door did not latch properly. The phone to contact the front desk did not work. The room had a horrible mildew smell. The staff at this hotel were extremely accommodating. They provided excellent customer service. The issues with this hotel are not the staff. It is lack of maintenance and upgrades to the property.

Check in was smooth. On the down side, only one elevator was working so with the volume of people coming through took a long time to get to your room. No signs for the stairs. shower did not have hot water only cool water , coffee in lobby was ice cold and no cookies as advertised.
