The Space:

Welcome to beachside bliss! Our updated and newly furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo offers all the comforts and amenities you need for a relaxing beach vacation. The condo is located just 100 steps from the pristine sands of the Space Coast, and features a modern, beachy decor that will make you feel right at home.



The spacious living area includes plenty of comfortable seating for you and your guests, as well as a flat-screen TV and a dining area that seats 4. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with stainless steel appliances and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.



Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The bathroom has been fully updated with a modern vanity and a shower/tub combo.



When you're not soaking up the sun on the beach, cool off in the community pool located just steps from the condo.

Great Condo

Was perfect for a week long stay as a family. Host provided extras such as K-cups, soaps, beach towels, beach equipment in the laundry area and more. Very close to the beach, very easy walk with children. Would definitely recommend.

The unit was not clean there was a nasty bait bucket outside of our door open till the day before we left the pool was nasty and we were under the impression there was beach chairs and the condo to use we were not told until we were on our way there about renting chairs and umbrellas there about renting chairs

Wall switches are hook up to no lights. kitchen very spars of item needed to cook with. Ceiling fans would help in bedrooms. Loved pool and location to beach. Texting to owner was always answered

Good 1st experience using VRBO

Enjoyed our stay. Apartment was clean on arrival. Close to beach! Only thing was on second floor with steps as only access. This was first time using VRBO so next time I will make sure what floor & if elevator as steps were hard on my husband! Quite area & other short term renters were pleasant & friendly. I would use it again if I was able to get 1st floor!

Only Steps To The Beach

We enjoyed our stay. Easy access. Place was clean. Plenty of supplies. Couple things missing. Pizza pan and cutter. Dollar Store was minutes away and we picked them up. Also the grocery store were minutes away. Could see the launches from our beach!

Inside unit was clean however, outside needs improving

I will say the inside unit was very clean and maintained. The outside property could use some sprucing up. The pool was green upon arrival and notified the property manager and someone came but it never cleared. Folks did not adhere to the quiet times (had kids in the pool right outside our door screaming and playing til midnight) This is a second-floor unit which, if I would have known before I booked, I probably would have passed, but this is just a personal preference but should be noted in the description. Beach chairs are not available as described so bring your own. Loved that it was close to the beach!

Overall we had a great time and the condo was nice. Our only complaint was a notice put on pool by county telling us not to swim.in it. Chemical levels were too low. We just went to the ocean. Lol

Great Location

Our stay was very enjoyable. The management team was very responsive when we requested a few additional things for the unit. Newly renovated. Nothing fancy but comfortable and excellent location just steps to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything.
