Casa Collina Verde is a 16th century Tuscan country farmhouse and holiday rental very close to the medieval walled town of Lucca. This villa is ideally positioned on a hillside with breath taking views of the planes of Lucca. The property is in a relaxed tranquil location surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, yet only a 10-15 drive from Lucca. Relax around the private pool and garden or explore Tuscany's local attractions with Florence, Pisa and the coast all within driving distance. Though a peaceful tranquil location, the house is not isolated with an abundance of restaurants and amenities in the local area. In summary: ideal for families, groups or couples, comfortably sleeps 8+. The fourth bedroom on the ground floor has its own kitchen, bathroom and living area. You will have exclusive use of large pool and garden. It's a traditional Tuscan house with chestnut beams, tranquil location, yet not isolated, close to Lucca with Florence, Pisa and coast all within 1 hr. drive, 40 minutes from Pisa airport, unlimited wireless Internet access, available for rent throughout the year.
