Welcome to Sore Pererenan Residence, where modern elegance meets comfort. Nestled in the heart of Pererenan, our residence features 17 rooms and each room crafted to provide a spacious and inviting atmosphere.

The size of this unit is 135 sqm. This unit is unique. The initial owner bought 2 units and combined 2 rooms into one. So it has 1 upstairs bedroom and then a large living area downstairs with large couch. It’s twice as big as every other unit on our property.

The parking access to the villa has a narrow road so only small cars can pass. You can walk 80-100m or use a scooter from the main street!
