The 2 bed villa, villa no.2 is beautifully designed and the villa itself is in relatively good condition. The outside area is not in good condition and the pool has a lot of algae on the side wall, this can be treated with chlorine and regular maintenance. The decking is unstable in a number of areas and boards need replacing. The white outdoor lounges are ripped and dirty but you can cover this with pool towels but for the price paid you shouldnt have to. We loved the villa but wish that some money is spent on it to rectify the aspects that are definitely not up to scratch. We didnt have an issue with the aircon but you need to run the hot water in the shower for at least 5 mins and then be careful as its really hot but the shower pressure is weak. The road down to the villas is not paved for 30 or so metres and its steep but its an easy walk to the main road and relatively well lit. We really hope that the villas get the maintenance they need as they are very beautiful but I would ask for recent photos before booking.
