The apartment is freshly painted and updated, the kitchen equipped with appliances: large capacity fridge, vitro and oven, microwave, Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine, blender and toaster. All the small appliances are brand new, as well as crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. It has a 30 m2 patio with a chill out area and awnings, where you can quietly spend the afternoons and nights in the cool of the breeze. An apartment to rest and with all the comforts to spend a well-deserved vacation, and where your children will be at home, since we will leave several games and stuffed animals so that you do not have to worry about anything !!!

The environment

The apartment is located 180m from the Canet de Berenguer beach: 250 meters of coastline by 80 meters wide It is one of the most spectacular beaches in the Valencian Community with fine and soft sand and through its crystal clear waters you can see the bottom of the sea clearly. It also has an attractive dune chain where many tourists take the opportunity to take a spectacular snapshot. Likewise, the entire beach is bordered by a large promenade that you can walk from one end to the other.
