A pessoa que nos recepcionou foi bastante atenciosa. Você se assusta um pouco com o local. Fica em uma área bem rural e pobre de Canela. Parecia um pouco perigoso, ainda mais com o aviso que tinha no prédio falando que os assaltos estão mais constantes na redondeza. O apartamento é conforme mostra nas fotos, mas faltam coisas básicas: não tinha lençol, só edredom, não tinha abridor de vinho, abridor de garrafa, não tinha copo, só canecas... A área de serviço ficava trancada, você não tem acesso a um pano ou vassoura caso precise limpar algo. Também não há local para colocar roupas. Se você vai na época de calor, não pense que o ar condicionado atenderá todo o apartamento como diz na descrição do imóvel. Fica quente e não tem ventilador. Tivemos dificuldade em dormir. O apartamento fica no terceiro andar sem elevador e isso não é mencionado. Foi a primeira experiência ruim com locação de apartamento para férias que eu e minha família tivemos. O proprietário precisa melhorar coisas básicas e ser claro na descrição para o locador ter certeza do que está alugando.
