Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Initially moved to another hotel some hour away after complaining I was moved back to a completely different hotel again nothing near what I had book The hotel was shockingly dirty noisy and nothing near the standard of my original booking apparently this is normal practice I checked out after 1 night due to the noise and very poor conditions Be very cautious will not get what you paid for appalling

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Not getting any customer support, lost 10000 rupees , no body picking up the call on the given number, and hotel manager denied to give the room. in place of Deluxe cottage they are showing basement room full of dirt smelling bed, dark and horrible, some local goons are rooming in the hotel, not for any decent person and I have given up on my booking after 2 hours of mental harassment.
