Very well-placed hotel, central for all amenities, near both beach & shops. Nice pool & lots of choice for breakfast food. Very friendly staff.
Had a few power cuts but this was sorted straight away.
Spacious 2-roomed apartments although a bit dated & bed sheets not changed during our 4-night stay. Separate (basic) shower room.
Aircon & ceiling fans in both rooms so good temperature regulation.
Tea & coffee-making facilities in the room.
It was ok. Very basic. Big plus is its location a 3 minute walk from the beach. The room was ok, overpriced for what it is. Most of the staff were pleasant except one reception guy, the older guy, he was rude and unlike the other members of staff who were friendly. Needed late check out, which we had already asked for, he said we hadn’t and asked who with. Then told us it was 1500 to have late checkout. The guy next to him said 2500, to hen he said this I realised he was the one who had agreed late check out. The first guy then said 2000. Totallly corrupt individuals and I don’t know if the hotel owner knows what they are doing. The balcony had 2 metal chairs on it. I asked for a table and was told one wasn’t allocated to our room. As you walk pad the other rooms they all have tables and chairs. The pool was ok. The cleaning staff and security were so friendly and nice just a shame the reception staff weren’t. It’s totally geared up to domestic tourists. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, so many nicer and cheaper places nearby. It’s a shame as it could be a good hotel.
We were a group of girls travelling to Goa for a weekend trip and had the most amazing stay at Casablanca. It may not be the most expensive place, but located is a very nice neighbourhood, very close to the beach and most importantly run by an extremely fantastic manager - Mr Benny!
Property close to beach, nice and welcoming staff, nice breakfast and homely feel and didn't like cleanliness of resort ,pests in the bathroom and very limited items in bf..
Management staff and those in reception were excellent and very helpful at all times. Staff in the restaurant, especially the chefs/staff at breakfast left a lot to be desired with cold burnt eggs, cold biscuit like toast and simple tomatoes to accompany the eggs ten minutues later. The restaurant cannot cope with morning breakfast if there are many guests and seem to flounder and panic!! Room boy was excellent however.
It was a great stay. We arrived at 11.00 am and although we arrived early the receptionist checked us in straight away and we were given a pool view room which was amazing. The staff were very smiley, friendly and helpful. The plants and trees were kept in very good conditions and it was a very relaxing stay. Good value for money.

Walls covered with moskitoes from day one dead ones still there at day 6 , otherwise get used to this ,basic n
Very basic everything , but did not spoil my holiday , if girl friend with me , might have been different story
Most aspects of the hotel room were solid: excellent location just yards off the beach, clean room though a bit dated, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and wonderful pool. Water was at air temperature but not what I'd consider hot, though i was able to deal with it, and it wasn't so bad. WIFI is not available in the room, so you have to goto the pool area to get wifi. I was able to get a SIM card inexpensively which provided internet access in my room. I was charged 20 Rs by the hotel, so that each of my guests, who weren't staying at the hotel could get a beach towel.
The hotel is very badly maintained. No Wi-fi in the room. Phone signal in very weak. Hotel does not provide hand towels, they just provide bath towels. Breakfast spread very limited and tasteless. Furniture is so-so, sofa covers very dirty. Best avoided.
we were given room number 7 up arrival . this was a very large room with good basic facility,s only downside it was at the rear of the hotel with no views of anything except the trees which were virtually coming into the small balcony area off the living room , the house keeping of the room was excellent. The pool area was clean and well kept and is a great sun trap,we did not use the bar or restaurant as we went out early morning and returned late every day. Overall I would say we had a very good stay and would like to thank Raj on reception for his excellent customer skills, would stay again and would recommend to fellow tourists.

Good Location and rooms
Spacious rooms. We took suites. Bathrooms ok. U get an electric kettle. But no WiFi in rooms. In Ground floor rooms in Maria block, u can't open curtains as ur room interior is visible outside. Try for rooms upstairs.
Breakfast mainly south Indian but eggs are there. Not v large property. But proximity to market n beach makes it very convenient and gud stay.
Too many cockroaches in the first suite allocated. Otherwise the place is very vantageously sited next to the beach and walking distance of some of the best shacks and restaurants, provides a reasonable extended and adequate breakfast and generally the staff are courteous and helpful.
Located on the edge of the beach and still away from the beach and ideal place to enjoy a vacation. Secured, clean & quiet. Will go back to Goa and stay in the same place.
I stayed at a Five Star in Goa for 3 nights....it was nice, the main road. But I wanted to experience being closer to the beach and a bit more of the Goa Beach feel, so I found the Casablanca...not a 5 star but a GREAT 3 Star. There are Not very many hotels exactly on the beach in Goa...this one is close and has a great pool and bar area.
