Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I have a list of names to point out if you would like to know specifics. Rooms are gross. Things don’t drain. Everything is wet. Not a true all inclusive. Half of hotel was shut down. They didn’t even like giving us basic necessities including WATER. Food and drinks are awful. Our bachelorette cried most days because the staff wouldn’t even be nice about how terrible things were. I can no longer recommend Travelocity to anyone since they didn’t not accurately rate the hotel, service or rooms. The room we booked - 2 queens and ocean view doesn’t even exist.

The hotel itself was very pretty, and the room was well kept, and the view was breathtaking. Although, they failed to mention they required a passport to check in, and were extremely rude when trying to speak to the staff. Travelocity fixed that issue in less than 30 minutes, and the manager at the hotel was the only one with manners, and people skills. The beach was beautiful, and Expedia rep Vanessa at the hotel was very accommodating, and booked all our activities with a great attitude. But back to the customer service was horrible, highly doubt to return. Such a waste of a good hotel with such rude, and inconsiderate customer service at the counter.

Absolutely going back! We were looking for a relaxing vacation. And that's what we got. The spa was amazing. The upgraded rooms are absolutely worth it for what they come with in their all inclusive package. The people were awesome. We had amazing service! Esteban and Juan were attentive amazing bartenders that made the experience special. Lizeth made our beach time nice and easy and relaxing. We had a couple small issues during our stay but were they were taken care of promptly. Probably my biggest issue was getting dinner reservations. Their system is not convenient. Make sure when you check in that you asked the concierge the process to get in the specific restaurants. We waited in line a few times to get on the list but this was rewarded by some of the most amazing food. Absolutely do Benzuza and black hole in the box. This Hotel is all about your senses and your experience and they really do strive to make it Amazing.

For it to be an older hotel it was fine. More entertainment needed. Need more work done on property. I didn’t get the memo that I was going wake up to a puddle.

Just a note on hotel, needs updated. Painted in places, deck needed replaced, air leaked thru ceiling, needs better lighting, but still had a great time

Many improvments since I was tyhere a few years ago. I am reviewing my stay in 2018. I read the reviews before I went the last time and this time. Some were negitive about the food, drinks, and hotel. The entire hotel is very convienient to get around with out a lot of needless walking, wasting time. The upgraded resteruants are an experience. The food was very fresh and good. Not 4 or 5 star. But I went to a sister hotel the Grand oasis Pyramid. The food and resteruants there are Fantisc! The Brazilian Steak house was one of the best I have ever been to. Oasis Sens does not have frozen drinks in the bars other than the beach bar. I did not plan to drink so I did not care. The drinks have a lot of room for improvment. The Coffie shop was excellent and is far beter than the chain places. Room was beautiful, beach and hotel were also. Staff was great. Always has wonderfull fun people as guests. Excellent pools. My wife loved the spa. They treated her like a Queen. I got a free day rental and bought another day for a Smart Ca. Used it to go back and forth to their other hotels. DON'T go too far or YOU WILL GET A TICKET. Keep drivers liscense with you if you leave hotel. Take a tour bus. Everything was very nice. The price was reasonable. Its an exciting place. I will go back sometime. The "+) plus feature with ocean view is worth the few extra dollars.

Mediocre hotel by the beach

I was extremely disappointed. The staff was not friendly. Rooms are outdated. Uncomfortable, small beds. Not accommodating for large groups. Thankful the pool/beach areas were nice. Half of the hot tubs were not hot. Limited eating, not a lot of entertainment options. The website doesn’t really give you the full details of your stay and is misleading as to what all you have access too. I would come to Cancun again but would never stay at this resort or recommend anyone. The wrist bands had to be reprogrammed several times during our stay. Just terrible.

Grand Oasis Sens is Terrible

Pros: The view was very nice. The hotel has good bones, but the staff and or ownership don't care anymore.
Cons: Staff size, training them to care. Giving them the tools to make things better.
Location: Close to downtown and as in all the area plenty of things to do nearby.
This was one of the worst experiences in my vacation history. I have been to the Cancun/ Rivera Maya 15 times and I have never had anything like this happen. The resort via a phone call promised my group 2 rooms with balconies. Of course we did not get balcony rooms. Nelson the concierge who handled my group was the most rudest person I have ever dealt with in my years of travel. He had no regard for our situation and wanted to do nothing to help my situation. I wanted to leave but my group talked me out of leaving. Once we were able to get into the room after 3:30 we had no hot water the room was shabby at best with signs of water damage in multiple locations. Thank God I travel with Lysol. To mask the mold situation this hotel has invested in scent making machines, the Box bar smelled so much like cologne I could not sit inside of it without my allergies closing my eyes. Once we sat outside the was puke on the floor next to our table. After notifying the front desk a woman came over with a broom and dust pan to clean it....Then she got a small bowl of water and threw it on the puke and left, INSANE. Every bar had 1 bartender and they were not happy because they all had customers. The pool bars make you form a line for drinks. Oh and if you wanted to make a reservation for a restaurant you had to form a line before 11 and go single file to book a reservation. That only took 2 hours. I spent more money off resort eating than I paid for my trip.
