Pool and Beach view

Excellent location, pool and beach view. Not luxurious, but very comfortable and had just what we needed for our family trip. Small fridge, stove, and cleaning supplies.The infinity pool was huge and not to mention the pool bar with happy hour from 5:30-6:30pm every day. Angel and Daisy are the best. Answering our messages at any time of the day with any concerns or questions we had.They even got us a last minute tour for a really good price and with the best tour guy you'll find in Cancun (Avelino). Super knowledgeable and spoke several languages. There is a convenience store just across the street for any late snacks or drinks. (OXXO) Our stay was awesome, thanks to Angel and Daisy!! Gracias por todo ;)

Worth a shot

Owner was responsive and easy to deal with. Unit was close to the pool and beach. The property does not have many amenities like a poolside bar or food. Our room could have been cleaned better. There was hair on the floor and the floor needed to be cleaned. We found a dead cockroach on the floor. Bedding and towels were clean.

We really enjoyed staying at this Condo on the Beach, excellent views of the ocean and pool. Melvin, our host was amazing and really made our stay enjoyable.

It was a great stay

We loved our stay at this property. It is a personally owned condo in a hotel, but well maintained and right by the pool. The host Melvin is extremely helpful and took care of all our needs eg. change of towel. As this place is not directly under resort management for all beach and personal towel the owner will be responsible. The resort does not have much other than the pool but it is in zona hotelera where within short distance you will find all you need from food and shopping. Five stars for our stay and for our welcoming host.
