Clean family room in convenient location. Manager was very friendly and helpful, room was very clean, we appreciated having a microwave. We would have rated higher except for a few things - shower water pressure very weak, took ages to get warm and then would go cold during shower, mattress was uncomfortable and was also difficult to get out of if you are sleeping on the wall side (in family room), also with the fridge, the freezer door was missing so all of our food and drink in the fridge froze overnight. You do get what you pay for, and at end of the day this motel was very reasonably priced, very clean and friendly management so would recommend for an overnight stay.

The shower screen was damaged and had mould that was impossible to remove - it needs to be replaced. There were numerous spots of mould on the tile grout. It was impossible to shower without getting water over the bathroom floor, so the bath mat was soaked after the first shower. Staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. Smokers staying in adjacent rooms were smoking on the balcony, and the smoke was detectable and irritating.

Very noisy neighbours with at least 2-3 adults a several young kids in the room next to us, very loud till at least 11pm. Wouldn’t stay again. But beds were very comfortable, room and bathroom very clean.

reception closes at 8pm. i made a booking at 9pm. After an initial weird call (someone answering a business' number with a grumbly "hello" ain't a good start) they handled it with grace. room was clean, and hot water hot, if not particularly good pressure.

The only problem we had was with the hot water system storage was presumably a long way from the unit as it took too long for hot water to reach taps, also plug in hand basin leaked water to leak out too fast to be acceptable

Although the propery is an older building but the room is very clean and tidy. The location is good and the staff are very informative and helpful. They pay attention to our request for a ground floor room because of our age and we feel welcomed when we checked in.
