Very conveniently located within walking distance of the Canberra Theatre where we were headed to, but also having parking. The only thing that could be improved is the check-in process as you have to pick up the keys from a convenientce store and have a code to give them. We were sent the wrong code and had to make a few calls to get the correct code. A lock box at the property would be far simpler.

Collecting the keys from mid city location was complicated, especially after a day of travelling. Nowhere to park and hard to find which shop had the keys. Apartment had no microwave safe cooking gear and couldn’t be used. Not enough crockery or cutlery to warrant use the dishwasher.Apartment was clean but carpet stained. Location was great for getting about and we were warm and cosy. A spare blanket might have been useful as the doona was light. We needed to leave the heater on overnight as Canberra was chilly.

Roof leaked like a waterfall
I arrived to find the balcony door open and the carpet in the lounge room soaking wet. After a few days it dried but left a damp smell. It then rained again and the waterfall from the light fitting proved what had caused the previous issue. This property should not be leased again until this issue is fixed.
