Step into a contemporary space designed for comfort and style. The apartment features two cosy bedrooms, ensuring a restful night`s sleep for up to four guests. The living area is adorned with modern furnishings, creating a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation or socialising. There are three air conditioning units available: - x1 for lounge, x1 for bedroom 1, x1 for bedroom 2.
MAIN BEDROOM: The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a 50-inch Smart TV, and access to local channels with Chrome Cast. It also has a split system - heating and cooling. The main bedroom is topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM: The 55-inch smart TV with Chrome Cast in the living area is available for your use. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.

COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building`s common garden/courtyard/rooftop throughout your stay.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure.
There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.

Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. 1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT `No Pets Policy` except for service or emotional support animals and `No Smoking Policy`. These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you`re a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don`t stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair).

Lovely flat with everything one would need. Great location for shops & light rail, but also a negative as very bright with pale window coverings & noisy from shops & trams & people waiting for trams. Incredibly difficult to contact owner due to the app. Utterly frustrating.

Excellent and convenient location
The apartment was clean and perfectly situated. Although the entrance to the building and lift was a bit dirty and was filled with restaurant smells due to the surrounding eateries, the upper levels was were not affected by it.
This property was just perfect for us. It was close to everything... the premises was clean. It had lots of little extras in it that made it homely. There was good communication.... just loved our stay there. Well done!

Great location and well equip d apartment. I did find the directions to find the parking and then the rubbish area quite difficult to follow and stressful. The key also got stuck in the garage door, which was frustrating. However, overall a lovely unit and now that I’m familiar with where everything is, I would stay again. Thanks
