We actually got room serviced every day. I was not expecting a change of towels and bed remade for us. I was stoked! Other places I have stayed I haven’t had this done and have paid more money. The decor is older but the place surpassed my expectations.

This is an older style motel with good basic facilities. The room rate is good if you need to stay in Canberra for a number of nights. Also, it is in walking distance to the light rail stop into the city Centre.

Pretty central area, easy access to anything you need. Very quiet only heard the occasional tap turn on or a emergency services siren. Was visting for a family birthday. Was able to come and go as i pleased. The room its self, yes, was dated but very clean. Bathroom is well due to be upgraded but everything worked and the shower heat and pressure was the bomb after a long day. The cleaner on sunday was awesome. Made sure i was all stocked for coffee and tea. Then when my little girl was sick i was able to get easy help from the after hours doctors and the dashers were able to bring me everything i need to help her be comfortable. Find us with ease. I apologised to the staff in the office for any issues we had cause. Nothing was a bother. Was a excellent stay all things given.

Very basic accommodation, bed was good. Had difficulty turning off shower from dripping and toilet tended to keep running. A simple lounge chair or sofa to sit on to watch TV would have been nice rather than two tables. Other than that Motel was close to facility we need to attend.

You get what you pay for. The complex and room was very clean, but maintenance was lacking. Chipped tile in bathroom, taps would not turn off completely and shower curtain placed to cover where door used to be. Wanted twin beds which seemed hard to find in city area. Beds were not really comfortable but heating was good.

Property very old and very basic. Shower, water was hot but broken tiles and dirty grout. Really cold room, inadequate 4 fin oil heater did nothing, I wore two pairs of socks on my feet plus another pair on my hands plus my dressing gown in bed to keep warm.
