Room was in good condition however, the shower head was clogged with calcium causing the water to flow all over the place. The other issue was they do not clean the rooms on a daily basis but if you leave the make up room sign on the door the room does get a green clean. However our glasses and cups were left dirty. The staff were pleasant.

I checked in to my room.went out only to find someone else in my room. I have prostate cancer and pissed my pants because my card would not open the door..when I told reception that they had double booked the room they just didn't care. Very disappointing..a full refund would be accepted otherwise I will be taking this further.
