Stayed at one of their bungalow for 1 night I can say it’s good,AC working so/so not so good not bad..pool is nice and location is close to the beach..the only issue is too much flies during breakfast and not that much option..

One splendid place

We visited the hotel last year and liked it very much, so we booked it this year for two nights stay. The place is still wonderful but there are few things that had to be renewed. But we love the place, its gardens, the nice, large pool, its beach and its calmness.

A Marvelous Sea

It was an amazzing place: green, relaxing and clean. We were welcomed and we admire the bungalow, the small fruit tree and palms, and flowers lanes around, the big pool and the seats around it and of course the sea. The hotel is on the beach and the see is marvelous, clean and clear waters with coulorful fishes and pebbles. Thanks to the hosts and their friendly attitude. We hope to visit it again!

There is a different atmosphere on a family owned hotel - such as friendly staff, attention to details. The location is excellent, right by the beach with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. An easy car ride to the archeological sites of Assos/Behram.

Her sene ailecek tatile çıkıyoruz gördüğümüz en berbat oteldi.Sizin gibi bir kurumun böyie otellerle nasıl anlaşma yaptığını anlamıyorum. Havuz var diye gittik ve öncesinde telefonla da görüştük fakat gittiğimizde havuzda su bile yoktu zaten şimdiye kadar hiç açılmamış bile duşa girdiğimizde de farklı bie şokla karşılaştık sıcak suyla maalesef bir kere bile duş alamadık ki 9 yaşımda bir kızımız var. Temizliğine gelirsek banyo karıncadan geçilmiyordu ve çarşafların üstünde sarı sarı lekeler vardı.

Berbat hizmet anlayışı

Otel sahibinin kızı olduğunu söyleyen resepsiyon görevlisi bayan, otele girişte azarlayarak, kaba uslüpla müşterilere hitap etmekte.Klimalar çalışmıyor, havuz kapalı, odalar temiz değil ve oldukça eski ve bakımsız. Satın aldığımız 2 odanın birinde Banyoda su akmıyor, diğerinde ise duş arızalı.Söylenmesine rağmen tamir edilmemiş.Kesi köpekler yiyecek içecek alanında başıboş geziyor, koltuklarda yatıyor.Hijyen konusunda berbat bir görüntü var.Müşteriye karşı ise ilgisiz, lakayıt ve laubali hatta küstah tavır tüm personelde davranış olmuş .

Sıcak su yoktu 2 gece konakladık ve buz gibi suyla duş aldık. Kahvaltı falan aşırı pisti vasat yani sonuçta bedava kalmıyoruz. Hizmet kötüydü. Kahvaltıda su olmaz mı ya. En kötü şezlong otele ait. Havuz kullanılmıyordu. Yani otelin herhangi bir avantajı yok. Pike yoktu odada incecik çarşaf vardı. Asla gidilmemesi gereken bir yer. 3 5 kuruş fazla verir yine de burda kalıp özsaygımı yitirmem.
