My kids said this was their favorite hotel ever likely thanks to the cool game room. It’s pretty annoying they don’t accept animals and don’t have any food options in the hotel. The breakfast was nice

Worst Service ever

Worst checkin experience of my life. And I travel a lot. First off, the key to the room did not work. Then I called the front desk. Instead of them doing the right thing and bringing the correct key to me; they made go back to get the right key. Then they sent me to the wrong room where I barged in and scared the hell out of this guy whose room it actually was. But the worst part of it was that they showed ZERO remorse and blamed me for not knowing the room! Nasty people..... And I live and work in New York City..... Wow....
