This hotel smelled awful. A strong smell of mold. The swimming pool was very bad, when my family swam in the pool, my son got rashes that lasted multiple days. The pool looked dirty and was very acidic and tasted soyr..

Hotel is no where near 4 stars. Shower drain was not working well. Carpet was very dirty and smelled like mildew. Sheets and blanket had blood stains. Staff was very friendly and had very good customer service skills. Very happy with service. Will never consider to returning to hotel.

Not bad for a short stay

It was a great stay, near local food and drinks. Room condition and showers are great; hot came water right on. Need to keep sink clean inside out; felt disgusting when washing your face.

Great customer service from all staff. Good location near restaurants and other services. Spacious room with good layout, however not an optimum choice for floor material in VN climate and cleanliness: carpet in bedroom area. Misty odor and several visible stains on the floor. Laminate or wood floor would be a better choice.

Honeymoon night

The room was good. The spa area was in bad conditions. Some floor tile was sticking up. Stubbed my feet pretty bad. The shower drain was clogged. So showering was a nightmare. The pool water was brought from the artic. But other wise, it was an ok stay.

Girl on reception a priory looks kind but when we book our excursion with different agency than hotel provide, she was not helping at all, room was in bad condition and dirty, hairs inside bed, leak water on shower, smell humidity and bad and windows cannot be open for some ventilation, location terrible far away river and city

The room was huge. The bad was comfortable. The bathroom wall is covered with granite with horizontal line indented for decoration. The indentation was covered with mildew. The odor from a heated oil deodorant was suffocated. We had to ask them to remove the oil so we can breath.

A great location to visit local market and the park on the river (a km away). Best part and most memorable for me was the staff set me up with a guided river tour with a local woman in her boat.

every thing good but one worse case of staff

totally happy,but at the end when check out, i forgot the pocket in room and ask for bring down for me, after get,i know lost 1 paper 500k which i know it must have as just withdraw from bank, and maybe know who get it. just note reception for this case,and they should change staff, i dont raise claim as this is also my false. a little down.
