S’Hort de Marina is located next to the town of Ses Covetes. The beach of Ses Covetes and Es Trenc are some of the most beautiful in Mallorca, located on the south coast, with the privilege of being in the Natural Park of Es Trenc, surrounded by vegetation and a sea of crystalline waters, a short distance from the towns of Sa Ràpita, Campos and the tourist center of Sa Colònia de Sant Jordi.

S’Hort de Marina dates from 1790 and has been restored respecting the original architectural style to transform into a modern, comfortable, simple and informal house for your enjoyment with family or friends.

The villa is equipped with free Wi-Fi connection, smart TVs, air conditioning and heating. It also has a saltwater pool, garden and views of the mountain and the Natural Park of Es trenc.

Fabulous villa

We had such a lovely time at this villa. It was clean, with everything you could need. The pool area and barbecue were fantastic and the host couldn’t do enough for us at any time. You would probably be better off hiring a car so you can get to the larger supermarkets and for days out but there is a shuttle bus going to the beach and back daily. Couldn’t recommend this villa more! It’s relaxing and so peaceful and in a very quiet location.

Excellent villa for families

Two families, 5 kids overall, stayed a week in July 2019. S'Hort de Marina is an excellent villa with all comforts, found in pristine conditions, AC and TV screens everywhere, WIFI excellent too. Plenty of space both in inside and outside to share the house between two families with several kids. Very quiet despite being close to Es Trenc parking. Kitchen is fully equipped, including range of various coffee pots for all tastes. Three dining tables for 8/10 people are available, one indoor and two outdoor. Table tennis, Badminton and football goals as shown in photos. The swimming pool is not big but exactly what you need to keep everybody entertained and cooler during hottest hours of the day. Location is great for Es Trenc beach which is accessible either walking (20 minutes) or by taking the shuttle bus just across the main road (1.50€ per journey). Santanyi area coves are at 25/30 minutes drive distance.

Die Unterkunft hat uns allen äußerst gefallen. Es war sehr sauber und modern. Auch der Pool war völlig ausreichend und wurde regelmäßig durch den Vermieter gereinigt. Ebenfalls war die Lage super nah am traumhaften Strand Es Trenc.Zusammenfassend würde ich es immer wieder buchen.

SUPER !!!

Wir waren leider nur 6 Tage an diesem wunderschönen Ort. Begonnen mit dem unkomplizierten Mail-Kontakt vorab und der herzlichen Begrüßung des Gastgebers bei unserer Ankunft fühlten wir uns von Anfang an bis zur Verabschiedung sehr gut aufgehoben und willkommen. In der sauberen und super ausgestatteten Finca mit viel Platz im Haus und auf der ganzen Anlage, blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wie alles andere waren auch der Pool mit Salzwasser, die Liege- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten, sowie der Garten und die beiden Terrassen (eine davon überdacht) sehr gepflegt. Es gab sogar eine tolle Auswahl an Spiel-und Sportausstattung (Federball, Wasserspielzeug, Tischtenniszubehör, Volleyball). Für Autos bietet der Hof genug Stellplatzmöglichkeiten. Den Strand "Es Trenc" erreicht man in 20-25 Minuten gut zu Fuß. Wir können dieses Haus und den Gastgeber nur loben und empfehlen diesen gerne weiter.

Wie waren zum zweiten Mal die Gäste von Jaume. Zu letztem Jahr hat sich Nichts verändert. Alles weiterhin im Top Zustand. Wir können uns keine bessere Finca vorstellen. Perfektes Haus in perfekter Lage

Wir waren zu neunt für eine Woche bei Jaume zu Gast. Das Haus hat einen hohen Standard. Alles ist sehr sauber und es fehlte an Nichts. Der Kontrast zwischen den alten Mauern und der modernen Einrichtung hat uns beeindruckt. Pool, Grill, Tischtennisplatte, Volleyballfeld, alles wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Das Haus war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Aktionen(E-Bikestour, Weingutbesichtung, Strandtag...). Es wird schwer diesen Urlaub zu toppen. Danke an Jaume nochmals, wir hätten uns keinen besseren Gastgeber vorstellen können.

Idyllique!

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel au sein de ce petit havre de paix. A proximité des magnifiques plages de Ses Covetes ou Es Trenc (20 min à pieds), quel plaisir de rentrer se reposer et profiter du calme de cette magnifique finca, de sa belle piscine et de son terrain propice aux jeux en tout genre (badmington, volley, football, ping-pong...) La villa a été récemment refaite avec goût et propose tout le confort nécessaire! Enfin, autre avantage et non des moindres, la communication avec le propriétaire fut parfaite! Jaume, toujours très arrangeant, nous a conseillé de nombreuses adresses et a toujours su répondre à nos différentes questions sur l'île et ses bons plans, ce qui fut d'une aide précieuse, notamment en haute saison ou il faut parfois savoir anticiper! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Unscheinbares Refugium der Entspannung

Das Haus ist auf den 1. und 2. Blick nicht wirklich wahrzunehmen, aber die Ausstattung und das Gepflegte sind schon hervorragend. Der Salzwasserpool ist super, man merkt der Eigentümer kommt aus der Hotelgewerbe. Einziger negativer Punkt ist die Baustelle nebenan, die auch am Sonnabend früh anfangen das Agroturismo fertig zu stellen. Aber das ist ja zeitlich begrenzt.

Super Vermieter, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war der Hammer. Von aussen ist die Villa rustikal und von innen top modern. Die Lage ist optimal, kurze Entfernung zum Strand und auch nicht zu weit von Campos entfernt. Es ist wirklich zu empfehlen.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Finca mit vielen Sport-, Spiel- und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten, sehr sauber, großzügiges Grundstück, Zugang zum Pool mit einem kleinen Tor gesichert, sehr wichtig für den Urlaub mit Kleinkindern. Por donde empezar? Desde el principio Jaume ha sido un anfitrión muy atento y rápido en la comunicación, y el trato en persona inmejorable. La casa no puede estar en una localización mejor, cerca de una de las mejores playas de la isla. Cuenta con todo tipo de comodidad, además de ser muy limpia y decorada con mucho gusto, no le falta detalle. Estamos ya deseando repetir la experiencia!

Fantastic house and location

Great reception by owners. The house is beautifully restored at a very high spec. Very clean, very comfortable, good beds, airco, very nice outside space and great pool. Location very close to beautiful beaches and natural park. We had a really great stay here, can highly recommend!
