Esta casa es muy soleada y está situada en un final de calle sin problemas de aparcamiento.
Se puede ir a la playa caminando o en bicicleta tardando unos 10 minutos en bici y 5 minutos en coche.
Tiene una piscina privada con hamacas y mesa con sillas en la zona piscina con sombrilla.
Tiene barbacoa en el lateral de la casa. El porche es ideal para las comidas y cenas. el interior tiene un salón con 2 sofás y con televisor y una mesa para desayunos. La cocina está totalmente equipada incluido lavavajillas y lavadora. Las habitaciones tienen todas ventanas que dan al jardín y a la piscina, con armarios dobles y cajoneras. Los 2 baños son completos con plato de ducha los dos. Tiene una terraza superior donde se ven las vistas de la urbanización y también sirve de solarium. La casa tiene 95 m2 más la zona de porche y de piscina, en total el solar es de 420 m2. En el garaje hay bicicletas a disposición así como colchones y utensilios de playa, sombrillas, sillas playa, toallas de baño. etc...Equipado con calefacción/aire acondicionado. Dispone de WIFI. Chimenea. También dispone de descalcificador de agua. Incluye pequeña degustación de productos mallorquines.

La casa de Fernando y Ángela es preciosa, tiene todas las comodidades, es tal cual sale en las fotos. A pesar de no habernos podido conocer en persona la comunicación con ellos ha sido muy fluida desde el principio. Sin duda muy recomendable!

Simplemente perfecto

La casa tiene todo lo que puedes esperar para pasar unas vacaciones, comodidad, ubicación y una excelente piscina para combatir el calor, además de aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Esta francamente acogedora decorada y además tiene bicicletas para bajar a la playa y una mesa de Ping-pong. Si le sumas la absoluta disponibilidad y deseo por parte de los propietarios a que disfrutes la estancia, sale una combinación excelente y que te lleva a repetir.

Nice Outdoor Living space

The house was very nice! We had everything we needed for cooking and a lot of towels. Especially the outdoor living space was incredible. A big pool to swim and relax in, sitting outside at the tabe and lay in the sun. It was a really nice place to stay. Also the hosts were very forthcoming and helpful with all our questions.

Superb house and pool

We had the best experience with our 3 daughters. We stayed for two weeks and didn’t want to leave! Our teenagers loved the pool which they played in everyday. It is serviced and cleaned twice a week and has lots of sun beds and parasols with loads of space for everyone. The hammock is so relaxing and the outside dining area is perfect and easy to keep clean and bring food out to. Our daughters also loved the roof terrace in the evening enjoying the views and the space. Inside the house the aircon works brilliantly and the TV same. We brought a fire stick just so we could get our purchases but it’s a great internet enabled TV. The dishwasher and washing machine also so useful. The amazing thing about the house is that the hosts are so wonderful and think of everything. We had water, wine and breadsticks left out when we arrived at 2 in the morning which was so lovely. But in the house there is absolutely everything you would need. This is so different from some rentals where there is nothing in the house. The beds were all incredibly comfy and there are so many towels and sheets etc… that we were fine for two weeks. We also met our amazing hosts who came to give the plants some water and clean up the leaves half way through our holiday. Thank you both for a beautiful sweet treat that the girls devoured. We really enjoyed our stay in your lovely home thank you!

Eine wundervolle Finca

Wir waren mit unseren Freunden dort und haben jeden Augenblick sehr genossen. Die Finca ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet und bietet viel Komfort. Mit den Rädern kann man wunderbar zum Strand nach Es Trenc fahren und auch jeden Tag morgens frische Brötchen kaufen. Die Umgebung ist so herrlich ursprünglich und wir haben die Ruhe jederzeit genossen. Der Pool ist wundervoll. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer Fernando hat jederzeit schnell und unkompliziert funktioniert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Super Haus

Es war ein toller Urlaub. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage inmitten einer Wohnsiedlung unweit vom Meer. ca. 1000m Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird. Strandtücher, Sonnenschirme, Wechselhandtücher und Bettwäsche, Geschirrspüler inkl. Tabs, Waschmaschine inkl. Waschmittel, Wischtücher, Gewürze... sogar Fahrräder, Tischtennisplatte und Dart. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern klappt perfekt über WhatsApp, also wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.

Magnifique maison très confortable.

La maison de Fernando et Angela est parfaite pour un séjour sur cette île magnifique. En excellent état, bien entretenue et très propre, elle est située dans un beau quartier résidentiel sans aucun immeuble aux alentours. La ville de Sa Rapita est calme en cette saison. Vous êtes rapidement sur les sites les plus fabuleux, à l'Ouest, au Nord ou à l'Est grâce aux routes bien entretenues. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette belle maison avec sa grande piscine. Je recommande à 100 %. Merci à Fernando et Angela pour leur grande gentillesse.

Holiday with family, friends and children

We have just recently arrived back from our stay at this lovely property. We spent a week here with our three children and our friends and their baby. The property is plenty spacious enough for more than one family to holiday together, it was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you could need and more. The pool is quite large and deep which my children really loved and the air conditioning made the house really cool and comfortable. Check in and communication with hosts was a breeze! The property is located on a type of residential estate which was very quiet out of season - the only issue we had was there was constant building work going on very nearby which meant it was very noisy from around 7am- 2pm, but if you are going out and about all day that won’t be any kind of issue. It certainly didn’t ruin our holiday but it is something that we did notice. Sa Rapita itself is a very quiet town but had a few nice restaurants we visited as well as a pharmacy and at least two convenience stores which was really handy. It’s around a 20 minute walk to the town from the property which was absolutely fine for us. There were a few things we forgot to bring with us and we handily found in the cupboards which was really helpful- we couldn’t have asked for more really. I’d 100% recommend this property to everyone looking for a lovely holiday. Thank you to Fernando and Angela for being such great hosts. ⭐️

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Wir möchten uns herzlich bei Angela und Fernando für einen absolut traumhaften Urlaub bedanken! Unsere Unterkunft in der Finca war schlichtweg fantastisch und hat unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Von Anfang an fühlten wir uns wie zuhause. Der Check-in verlief äußerst einfach und unkompliziert, und wir wurden direkt mit einem herzlichen Gastgeschenk begrüßt. Die Finca ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren in mehrfacher Ausführung vorhanden, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gestaltete. Für Klein und Groß gab es eine Fülle an Annehmlichkeiten – von Spielen über Bücher bis hin zu einer Tischtennisplatte, einer Dartscheibe und sogar Fahrrädern. Die Vielfalt an Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten ließ keine Wünsche offen. Insgesamt war es ein rundum traumhafter Urlaub, und wir freuen uns schon jetzt darauf, wenn wir wieder die Gelegenheit haben, bei Angela und Fernando zu übernachten. Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die liebevolle Ausstattung der Finca haben unseren Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Vielen Dank für alles!

Sehr schöne Finca mit Pool

Super Finca - noch viel schöner wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder sind zwar nicht in einem 1a-Zustand erfüllen jedoch ihren Zweck 👍 insgesamt ganz klar weiterzuempfehlen. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in der Finca!

Great stay

We stayed in this beautiful house for 10 days and had a wonderful time! There was nothing missing at all, „fully equipped“ describes it perfectly. And there was even more, like books in different languages or water toys for the kids. The hosts were very friendly and helpful in every way and it was great meeting them. The pool was a lot of fun - not only for the kids but also for us. We used it in the afternoons, when the beach was more crowded than in the mornings and the swimming toys were a lot of fun. The house stands in a beautiful part of the world and we really enjoyed our stay!

Empfehlenswert für Familien

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und der Kontakt zum Eigentümer ist hervorragend! Check in und out ist perfekt. Der Pool ebenfalls! Das Doppelbett ist etwas klein und für größere Menschen etwas schwierig. In den beiden anderen Zimmer stehen Einzelbetten und somit ist das Haus nicht unbedingt für weitere Paare geeignet. Für Familien mit Kindern sehr geeignet. 5 Fahrräder, Tischtennisplatte und Tennisschläger sind vor Ort, sowie Equipment für den Strandbesuch! Handtücher und ausreichende Wechsel-Bettwäsche ist ebenfalls vor Ort. Alles in allem ein optimales Ferienhaus! Es fehlte an nichts! Top!

Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr sauberes Haus, tolle Terrasse mit Pool, Liegen und Sitzgelegnheiten in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Alles genauso, wie in der Objektbeschreibung angegeben. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Ausgesprochen netter Empfang mit mallorquinischen Spezialitäten. Gastgeber immer erreichbar. Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Super, tolle Unterkunft und sehr nette Vermieter

Die Unterkunft entspricht voll den Erwartungen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es alles da, was man vor Ort braucht. Wir wurden mit Wein und Ensa'imada empfangen. Die Lage sehr ruhig gelegen. Ein Auto ist schon ein muss. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nächsten Ort ( Lidl, Aldi etc ). Vielen lieben Dank an Angela und Fernando für die Gastfreundschaft Ich kann das Haus nur weiter empfehlen!
