Fantastic summer house for 8 people with private pool in Sa Rápita You will be able to cool down in the beautiful salt pool which sizes 5 x 2.5 meters and has a depth of 1.40 meters. After the bath, enjoy the Majorcan sun on one of the sunbeds or protect from the sun under the parasol. Part of the garden features artificial grass and there are several fruit trees like orange, lemon and fig trees. You can have lunch or dinner under the marvellous furnished porch with capacity for 8 guests, where you will be able to taste amazing barbecued meats and vegetables. There is a second porch where disconnecting and relaxing reading a book or staring the starred sky, or simply cook at the barbecue area in company. One of the porches is really sunny while the other offers shade during the whole day. The property is fenced, there are direct neighbours and privacy is total.
The 200 m2 accommodation has a single storey, and a current and luminous style which is very comfortable. The luminous living room has exit to both porches. It counts with a comfortable chaise longue on which watching the TV Sat while refreshing with the air conditioning. The dining table has capacity for 8 people. The kitchen is also quite ample, it has a gas stove and it is fully equipped. It also has a dining table for breakfast or cooking in company. It also has access to one of the porches. You can rest in one of the three bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed and the 3rd one has two single beds. The three of them are air conditioned. One of the bedrooms has a en suite bathroom with shower. There is a second bathroom with shower to service the rest of the house. A cot and a high chair are available for a baby. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Sa Rápita is located in a singular beauty coastal spot since you will find the marvellous beaches of Es tren, ses Covetes and Sa Rápita very near. You will find all basic services, as well as bars, restaurants and supermarkets in Sa Rápita, and it is very well connected with palma and it airport. You can visit ses Salines d'Es Trenc or Botanicactus. Or you can make a boat excursion to the Cabrera archipelago, and hour's sail from the island.
