The newly built villa, located just 500 m from the natural beach of Sa Ràpita. Its more than 200 m2 are distributed in low plkanta, living room, guest toilet, dining room and integrated kitchen with access to the large terrace and pool, from this floor you can access the interior stairs to the garage. Going up, it is located on an intermediate floor, the first bedroom with 2 single beds and private bathroom. Continuing along the stairs there are two double bedrooms with single beds and a shared bathroom with shower and the large master bedroom with a beautiful bathroom with shower and bathtub. Its select and pampered decoration, integrating the construction materials, accessories and high quality furniture create a relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere.

Outside the house, there is space for parking of 2 cars. Enjoy your garden around the pool and in the underground garage a game of pin-pon.

Very nice house
A very nice modern house with modern conveniences (eg, kitchen appliances, washer/dryer). It's a new house, so some teething issues (ie air conditioning didn't work), but I'm sure this will get resolved soon.

A lovely villa, ideal for a family break
The property is very new and has everything that you need for a carefree holiday. We had a problem with the air-con but that was fixed whilst we were there. The rooms are high quality and comfortable and the pool is fabulous and in the sun most of the day, however there are only 4 sun-beds and there were 8 in our party. The shops and restaurants in the town are only a 10 minute walk away and the marina and beach is only 300 metres away. There is building work going on all around the area and the building works were sometimes noisy and started at around 7:30 in the morning.but were finished by mid afternoon.

Perfect house!
We have been welcomed by the lovely Luz and she was very nice and helpful. The house is very new and all material used in are high quality! Spaces, accomodations and decoration are very thought precisely and it was really comfortable. We had a perfect journey in this beautiful house. I recommend it and we will probably come back!
