In the resort 2 km from the centre of Castelnuovo Garfagnana, in a quiet, sunny position, 150 m from the lake, in the countryside. Private: natural garden 250 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (11 x 6 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area, garden furniture.
