We offer our guests discounted rates for ferry tickets, issuing them with Moby or Toremar, where the discount ranges from 20% to 30%, or we send a link with an included discount code where it's possible to purchase the ticket independently, even for Low-Cost companies such as Blunavy or Corsica Ferries.

Among our offerings, we also provide affiliated rental services for both scooters and e-bikes.

The property we offer is a delightful 140 sqm villa, developed over two levels and offering perfect solutions for an enjoyable stay. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living area with a separate kitchen, fully equipped with all modern comforts, and a comfortable single sofa bed. On the same floor, there is a cozy double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, designed to offer the utmost comfort.

Going upstairs, you will find a double bedroom with a relaxation area, perfect for unwinding and reading a good book. A second service bathroom, with all the necessary comforts, completes this floor. From here, you can access the large, furnished terrace, equipped with everything you need to enjoy the view of the surrounding valley, a peaceful corner where you can relax or share special moments with friends and family.

This property is perfect for those who desire a vacation in complete tranquility, with the opportunity to explore the wonders of the Island of Elba.

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals after 7:30 PM accepted with a supplement of Euro 40.00.

Check-out: by 9:00 AM.

- Linens: bed and bath linens are not provided in the apartments. It is possible to rent them within 7 days before the arrival date at a cost of Euro 40 euro for the double bed and 20 euro for the single bed, delivery only in our office in Portoferraio.
