Viagem em Família

O hotel é uma ótima opção para viagens em família, com crianças pequenas. Os quartos são confortáveis, a piscina aquecida é deliciosa e as piscinas externas muito bem conservadas e estruturadas. Atendimento do bar da piscina bastante cordial! Alguns pontos negativos, as brinquedotecas (as duas da área do saguão e a com o brinquedão) estavam muito sujas, brinquedos encardidos e muitos deles quebrados, alguns que são de tecido estão embolorados. Seria ótimo uma renovação dos brinquedos e mais cuidados com a limpeza dos locais, solicitei a limpeza ao gerente e no outro dia estava mais arrumado. Buffet de café, almoço e jantar é bom, comida saborosa e atendimento legal da equipe (em especial o atendimento do Fernando e a simpatia do Marcelo da limpeza) , única ressalva é que no almoço é jantar a parte fria é bastante repetitiva. No geral, é uma ótima opção de estadia para relaxar e aproveitar a estrutura.

Chegamos domingo, e parece que o check-out estava muito intenso, e tivemos que esperar até as 16h mesmo para realizar o check-in, fora esperar o quarto. Mas a recepção rapidamente compensou com upgrade, agiram rápido com inteligência e gentileza. A localização do hotel é num vale bucólico lindo, só isso ja compensa, além de um estrutura para acomodar e entreter crianças muito legal!

Toda a estrutura do hotel é muito bonita, muito bem limpar várias opções de lazer. A comida é boa, nada espetacular. Agora o que deixou a desejar foi o quarto, este tem mobiliário antigo, cama desconfortável, ar condicionado com barulho e banheiro pequeno com uma janela minúscula.

O resort tem um porte menor. É nossa segunda estadia no local. Monitoria infantil bem atenciosa e comida de qualidade. Existem dois andares de quartos e os de cima são mais silenciosos. Bons protocolos de COVID. As bebidas são cobradas à parte mas o preço não é abusivo.

O ponto forte do hote seria a piscina aquecida e sauna! Porém a outra piscina é muito baixa! A fazendinha” é muito pequena a melhor atração seria a pesca onde existe muito peixes! A equipe de recreação foi Ótima! A equipe da cozinha e o pessoal dos bares são Muito eficientes! Falta iluminação em uma pequena escada que desce aos quartos onde a noite fica muito escuro! A quadra de tênis é boa, a academia é muito pequena, com poucos aparelhos! Em geral daria uma nota 6 para o hotel!

Area principal, muito boa, limpa, restaurantes, sem muita diversidade, nas comidas, as de crianças a mesma coisa no jantar e almoço do dia seguinte, a comida de adultos pouca variedade, sobremesas pouca variedade. Local com espaco, monitores, pessoas com muito boa vontade e receptivas. Sempre prontas a ajudar. Quarto antigo, banheiro apertado antigo, ralo abre, perigoso quebrar o pe, da para ouvir tudo do vizinho, as pessoas que passam correndo ou sndando conversando ouve-se tudo. Para quem tem sono leve tipo eu, acorda toda hora, pode cair uma moeda no chao do spto de cima que se ouve. Vizinhos sem nocao que conversam e gritam na sua porta. Música da recepcao sao ouvidas no quarto. Cafe da manha pergunte se tinha Waffle a pessoa nem sabia o que era. Nao retorno. E bonito,mas para mim nao da Internet no quarto nao funciona e cai toda hora.

Muito caro para um padrão tão simples

Não gostei. Comida bem fraca e quarto bem simples, não condiz com o valor da diária. Os quartos são próximos da recepção onde fizeram um show de rock até às 23h. Logo cedo, as crianças já passam gritando na frente dos quartos, difícil para dormir. No café da manhã não há muitas opções saudáveis, só o básico, além de omeletes e tapiocas muito mal feitos. Não voltaria.

O melhor do hotel é a piscina coberta. Aquecida numa boa temperatura e bem arejado. O contato com os cavalos da fazendo também achei legal. Achei os monitores um pouco perdidos sem saber o que fazer com a criançada, faltou um bom salão de jogos e mais opções no café da manhã, almoço e janta. Alimentação era nota 5. Achei o hotel ok, mas acharia mais adequado pagar 60% do que eu paguei pela diária.
