Remote & wonderful location but avoid weekends!

A lovely remote hotel constructed from an old coffee plantation house. Excellent buildings and layout, lovely food, plenty to do but if you don't like crowds, avoid the weekends! The hotel was overtaken by wealthy Paulistanos in their expensive cars with kids that don't know how to behave (a trait all over the world!). The high level of rowdy children spoiled an otherwise perfect stay. A great hotel, just avoid the weekends!

Bom hotel para descanso, mas pelo $ pode melhorar

Prós: local bonito, belo lago; cama king confortável, boa ducha; limpeza do quarto ok (mas a do hotel precisa melhorar); café da manhã ok; piscina de fato aquecida; refeições do almoço e jantar muito boas, com destaque para os pratos de robalo e filet mignon (no ponto certo); bebidas inclusas (exceto alcoólicas); apresentação de violão e piano com músicos muito bons (Rafael e Marcos); em geral o atendimento é bastante cortês, com destaque para Matheus (recepção), Raul, André (restaurante), Sandra (camareira), Felipe (equipe aventura), Vanessa (spa) e Scooby. Contras: péssimo atendimento telefônico de uma tal Viviane (setor de reservas), que insistia e me mandou mail dizendo que meu check in deveria ser às 18h no domingo, quando o nosso contrato via este site dizia que o horário era às 16h. Foi pedido a ela um check in antecipado se fosse possível, a resposta foi negativa, e ainda sugerindo que queríamos isso para ter almoço grátis... foi patético, de longe o pior atendimento que já tive (e olha que já viajei muito). Além disso, o hoteis.com já havia solicitado upgrade de quarto para suíte caso houvesse disponibilidade, o que fazem com frequência para usuários golden deste site. A nobre atendente Viviane negou o pedido, disse que era impossível, ok. Ao chegar no hotel, nos informam no check in que o hotel estava com apenas 20% de ocupação (o que era verdade mesmo, foi bem tranquila a estadia). Concluindo: precisa melhorar muito a parte de relacionamento com clientes.

Lugar muito agradável e funcionários atenciosos. O monitor Scooby é ótimo. O almoço e jantar são deliciosos e servidos a la carte devido à pandemia, evitando aglomerações em fila de buffet na hora da refeição.

Local bonito mas não voltaríamos...

O local é lindo mas tivemos problemas que conflitam com a proposta do hotel. Chegamos no sábado as 14:50 onde o almoço não estava incluso na diária, nos avisaram que o restaurante estava fechando e corremos para dar tempo, lá chegando quando começamos a nos servir exatamente as 15 hrs eles já iniciaram a remover os pratos. Foi uma experiência péssima, não é que o almoço é até 15 hrs, e sim que esse horário eles começam a tirar os pratos, se tivéssemos sido avisados talvez nem teríamos ido e buscado uma alternativa. Locais sempre muito cheios, barulhentos e no período que estivemos alguns restaurantes nao estavam funcionando.

Local e infra-estrutura muito boa. A prestação de serviço deixa um pouco a desejar. No geral, com algumas exceções, pouca atenção para com os hóspedes. Inclusive, comemorava o aniversário de minha esposa e nosso aniversário de casamento, ofereceram um bolo no jantar de sábado o qual comemos apenas um pedaço. No final do jantar, pedimos para embalar o bolo, disse que não podia levar mas poderíamos desfrutá-lo no dia seguinte ao café e ao almoço. Porém, no final do almoço, solicitei-o e me disseram que não tinha mais o bolo, haviam levado para a cozinha no dia anterior, relatando que eu não pedi para guardar, sendo que o próprio garçom quem me ofereceu de guardar para servir no dia seguinte já que não poderia levá-lo

Muito bom, por Pouco não recebeu nota máxima!

Nos hospedamos no hotel e achamos o lugar incrivel. Ótimas instalações, um ambiente familiar e confortável. Nosso Feedback foi só de elogios. Porém no sábado meu marido foi pescar no lago e pegou carrapato. Consideramos “Normal” por ser pesca, mas eh desagradável e estávamos com Nossa bebe. Fomos reportar pro hotel tomar as devidas providências e delimitar o espaço pra que outras famílias não corressem o risco de pegar carrapato. No domingo vimos varias famílias com crianças no mesmo local e nenhum aviso. Ao fazermos o check out avisamos novamente e nenhum funcionário tomou providência imediata. Nós adoramos o lugar e voltaríamos Mesmo com o ocorrido do carrapato, mas o fato de não terem dado atenção pro que relatamos pegou mal pro hotel. Se eu pudesse, voltaria atrás na avaliação que fiz lá antes de sair, pq senti que nossa opinião não foi considerada e não se trata apenas de um Feedback, ninguém gosta de carrapato ainda mais com criança. Daríamos nota máxima de excelente se ao Menos tivessem considerado o fato!
