Amazingly bad attitude

We checked directly, in person, at the hotel to confirm pets were allowed. We specified we had two dogs. The desk manager said no problem but there would be a 200 peso charge, which we expected and accepted. He told us that in order to receive the discount rate we would have to book online... Reasonable and again expected After 15 minutes outside the hotel in the hot sun we managed to complete the booking. Went inside and the same desk manager said he had changed his mind and no dogs allowed. We objected that he had already said dogs were ok with an additional charge but he was inflexible and refused to accept the booking. We were amazed since half the hotel was being painted and the other half was obviously almost empty.

La estancia en general agradable, pero las condiciones del hotel están en abandono, la recepción tétrica igual que la fachada y el área de estacionamiento, las habitaciones están cómodas. Recomendación para los propietarios ponerle atención a su hotel e invertir en una remodelación que lo necesita.
