I feel the owner is a THIEF! I booked and paid for a one night stay was given an amount via phone and then when I arrived to pay at the front desk I was charged approximately $10 more than the amount given to me. Didn't want to argue, so I just paid it. Then the next day, I was charged an additional $5 on my credit card that I was not told about, then when asked, I was told by a very rude front desk clerk, Payton, that the $5 charge is charged to everyone for "incidentals"...I think someone should teach him what "incidentals" are as we did not charge anything else to the room, but other guests were also complaining that they were getting this charge multiple times on their card. Then, later the next day, I was charged an additional $120.88 for another nights stay AFTER CHECKOUT. When I initially called, I was told, again by Payton, that he could not issue refunds. After speaking to my daughter, who had been staying at this hotel frequently, they did the exact same thing to her by charging her for additional nights in which she did not stay at the hotel and the OWNER refused her a refund. So, I would definitely think twice before renting a room at this hotel or giving anyone there your credit card information.

When I checked in the front desk rep had an attitude I would assume. It seemed as if he didn’t want to help me and seemed like I was bothering him when I asked where would be the best place to parked that is near my room. I booked through Expedia but was asked to put a card on file for incidentals but it would not be charged nor a hold placed. The next day my account was charged a random amount of $100.53. I spoke to the woman at the desk and she advised I would have to wait until Monday to speak to the manager as she could not help me. On Monday I spoke to the manager who stated she was already informed and refunded me. I asked for proof and she said I had to get it from Expedia as the money went to them. I advised her it shouldn’t have been refunded to them as my card was charged directly from hotel. She corrected the refund but it has still not posted back to my account and has been 10 days. I called corporate and they stated the reservation was canceled. I advised it was and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. There was a lot of back and forth so I just filed a dispute with my bank. Also, during one of the nights there I was in the lobby when the front desk rep stated it was 10pm and ask the people in the lobby to keep the volume down. He had a photo of JFK, someone asked what the photo was for and he said a joke. He was asked to tell the joke and he said the photo is of someone who was once loud and look what happened to him. Absolutely horrible service!

The room 101 was great just needs attention to a few details.. the walk in shower needs the cracks fixed it was dirty looking .. the bed needs a new one it was wore out .. everything else was great
