The service was beyond description! I stayed for one night prior to leaving for a wilderness trip, and they allowed me to leave my rental car in the hotel lot at no additional cost until i returned. They even held onto the keys for me for safe keeping while i was away! There was an impressive breakfast buffet and it was close to the fisherman's warf to observe wildlife

The staff here is excellent at their jobs. However despite their best efforts they are working with a property that is an ugly duckling out of the 70's. The rooms are sub par. The facilities non existent or significantly limited. There is an exercise room with a whirlpool that does not work. The room furniture is dated and belongs in an Adams family movie. This place deserves a 2star rating at best.

The hotel is downtown and at the marina so very convenient. It is an older hotel that could use some upgrades; however, it is well maintained and the staff are excellent. It met our needs and we will probably return next summer.

The hot tub was under maintenance. They did not notify us before. The only reason we paid ao much money for one night here was because of their hot tub. I we had known that before, we could have cancelled and booked somewhere else. But no. Terrible experience.

I was so impressed with the extra accommodations I received at Coast Discovery! I stayed there one night on two separate occasions before & after a wilderness trip in the area. I was worried about leaving my car rental & keys, but they assured me it would be safe, gave me a parking pass for the five days I was gone, and held my keys in a safety box until my return! They also had a wake up call since I arrived so late at night & was afraid I'd oversleep, and had a very impressive breakfast included.
