Stone house Caselles Petit in middle of nature

Enjoy a vacation on a farm in the middle of the mountains in the north of Mallorca, very close to Pollensa and the port beach. The farm has a spectacular view of the mountainous landscape from the different terraces and the beautiful pool area, barbecue, ping pong table, and billiards table.



Without a doubt, the pool area stands out between the large house covered with the typical stone that characterizes Mallorcan houses and the Tramuntana mountains. The 9m x 5m pool has a shaded porch with 6 sun loungers to sunbathe while contemplating the landscape, as well as an outdoor shower.



The house is surrounded by different areas where they can enjoy themselves in various ways: a terrace at the entrance of the house, with an outdoor play area with a target and a children's park for the little ones. In addition, on the terrace overlooking the pool, there is a large table for 6 people where they can enjoy breakfasts, lunches, and dinners while enjoying Mallorca's good weather and a chill-out area with sofas.



This terrace is directly connected to the large dining room with stone walls and wooden beams, with another enormous wooden table in the center and a sofa area to rest. The kitchen is also very large and is perfectly equipped.



On the upper floor are the 3 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with two beds. They are bright and cozy, all in a very welcoming country house style and with a wonderful view of the beautiful landscape. There are 3 bathrooms with showers available, one of them en suite. All rooms in the house have air conditioning and heating.



Ultimately, Caselles Petit offers a great opportunity to spend a vacation in the purest Mallorcan style, in a very quiet area, breathing nature, but also very close to beach and leisure areas such as Alcudia and Pollensa.

Rustic finca, beautiful view

Peaceful, private location with beautiful view and plenty of space, located at the end of a narrow road. Drive to supermarket in 15 minutes and nearest beach 25 minutes. Lovely pool with graded depth 0.9,1.3,1.6m. Plenty towels including 4 beach towels. Satellite TV with Spanish and German channels. Campanet Coves a must see. Ses Coves restaurant was fully booked. Sa tercera - a hidden gem. We hired a table tennis table (Multi-hire). Good communication. When maintenance issues arose they were fixed within 2-3 days. Some other attention to maintenance needed - smell from shower drain, missing lightbulbs, dishwasher not cleaning, outdoor lighting not working, BBQ worn. We took a blackout curtain for the 4th bedroom in the extension - shutter didn’t close. Essentials needed - oven gloves, bread store (ants). Some seating on roof terrace would be nice. More glasses and NEW tea towels (given only one for two weeks!). Given the cost, would expect better bed linen and a change for the second week. The cushions and some other furnishings shown in the photos were absent so the feel wasn’t as luxurious as we’d anticipated. Didn’t spoil an otherwise lovely holiday in a beautiful location.

Wonderfull mountainview house

Lovely place, stunning views, fit for 8 to 10 people, very well accomodated with antuique touch. Fantastic pool, very private. Beautiful surroundings. We were very happy staying in this property.

Our fantastic stay at Campanet!

This villa summed up our high expectations for a vibrant Mallorcan holiday. With a lovely pool, with plenty of sun beds for the whole family. A nice dinning table to fit your Mallorcan cuisine on. Furthermore there was air conditioning in every room for a cool nights sleep.

Comfortable house in a beautiful location

Excellent views, beautiful pool and comfortable house - a perfect location for both lounging about and walking, climbing etc. Could have had a bit more equipment in the kitchen (e.g. no salad bowl) but we managed. Not sure why the electricity has to be separate - I prefer it when everything is included - even if it makes the initial costs a little higher.

Lovely Rustic Villa

Could do with updating showers as had to hold shower head to wash none worked properly. Kitchen very poorly equipped, wasn't happy with Bed linen, one of the bedrooms flooded on the Friday when we had heavy rain. And water poured in veranda roof. Also dreadful putrid smell of drains most of the week. Went with family and we all loved it despite problems, would go again if problems sorted.

Unbezahlbare Aussicht!

Wir waren 7 MĂ€dels (27-30) und sind begeistert von dieser Unterkunft. Der Ausblick ist unbezahlbar und auch das Haus ist ein Traum! Man hat mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten und Rund um die Uhr Sonne. Der Pool dient zur Entspannung und es ist TagsĂŒber wie auch Nachts sehr ruhig. Wir können es also wĂ€rmstens empfehlen. Kleine Dinge die uns nicht so gefallen haben: Ab und zu kam uns drinnen und draussen ein starker Kanalgeruch entgegen. Die Messer waren sehr unscharf und nicht ideal zum Kochen geeignet. Die Klimaanlage in einem Zimmer ging nicht.

Sehr schönes Objekt mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Berge

Das Objekt ist innen wie aussen sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig, man hat einen schönen Blick ĂŒber das Tal und auf die Berge. Alles was wir benötigt hatten war vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit den Verwaltern/EigentĂŒmern war extrem einfach und sehr nett. Wir sind super zufrieden gewesen und können das Haus wirklich empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit 7 Personen. Kleine technische MÀngel wurden vom Vermieter umgehend abgestellt. Der Pool, die vielen Liegen und Terassen bieten viele Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung.

Grundstueck ist ungepflegt- Zugewuchert mit Unkraut, MĂŒll liegt herum. Schlimmer aber - Besitzer hĂ€lt 5 Katzen. Diese bevölkern die Terasse - Katzenkot und Urin auf Terasse und Möbel. StĂ€ndige GeruchsbelĂ€stigung. Mein Bruder hat eine parasitĂ€re EntzĂŒndung am Arm ausgelöst duch die verlausten Katzen und deren Kot. Fotos kann ich Ihnen schicken. Katzen wurden auch nach 2maliger Beschwerde nicht entfernt-Terasse/möbel nicht gereinigt. Objekt nicht zu empfehlen. Gruss Ralf Kammerer

Lage toll, Ausstattung nicht

Die Finca liegt in einer sehr schönen Gegend. Die Aussicht ist toll. Leider ist die KĂŒche nicht besonders gut ausgestattet. Nicht alle Toiletten sind wirklich benutzbar, da sie sofort verstopft.

Ein schönes Haus in wunderbarer,ruhiger Lage!!

BemĂ€ngeln mĂŒssen wir,dass in der Außenanlage zu viel MĂŒll (leere Bierdosen,Flaschen,Zigarettenkippen,Essensreste,Bauschutt,PlastikmĂŒll,kaputtes Kinderspielzeug usw.)herum lag.Ein Grund fĂŒr uns,das Haus nicht mehr zu buchen!!Schade!!!

Wonderful Finca in a great location!

We just got back from Campanet and Casselles Petit. Everything was Great, the weather, the Finca, the pool and the location. The view was stunning, couldn't be better! We especially loved the donkey on the other side of the fence. We fed him with carrots and he cried for more as soon as we got up each morning. On the minus side there were some rubbish in the garden, for example old bottles, ice cream paper and old bath balls that could have been removed. This was a minor issue though. It is also worth mentioning that the neighbors down the road had some really scary dogs that jumped on the fence as soon as someone passed. If we would like to come back? YES, we would definitely like to come back to Mallorca and we would also like to recommend this property to others. You will not be dissapointed :-)
