Super 8 is Super lodging.

The staff was great. This was our second stay in two weeks and we thoroughly enjoyed it and we went back there this time because the first time was good.

Excellent pool and hot rub that is available 6 am to 10 pm, quick check in and he was even able to find some paper plates for us to use for the Chinese food we picked up a few blocks away for dinner (very good!). About 8 pm we had loud stomping and running above us. We went to front desk, he checked it out and the issue was resolved. Great value hotel, we were worried about smoking being allowed in the hotel but our room had no sign of that.

The staff were very kind. This is definitely an older property so conditions showed. It was clean though. The noise level was loud from not only staff, guests and the outside. For a quick stay, it was adequate.

The staff couldn't be nicer. The room was dated but quiet and clean.The hotel allows smoking in some rooms and we non-smokers could not tell which was a relief. This hotel is also pet friendly and while we did not have ours with us we're always taking canine inventory.. great big area for exercise and potty breaks. We have used this super 8 in the past and will continue to do so.

Terrible stay

We returned to the room at 10PM after working a 14 hour shift only to find our cards did not work. The lady at the front desk said the battery on the card reader was dead & the soonest anyone could come to replace it would be the next morning. She gave us another room but all of our stuff was in the locked room, including food, clothes, etc. She said 7 am but the manager did not show up until 9 am. The lady at the front desk did not show any remorse at all. She was actually very rude about the whole thing. I would not stay at this hotel.
