There were TICKS in the tub and sink. Now I can deal with a lot of critters. I've stayed in motels that had a couple of roaches, crickets ect. But I draw the line with spiders, snakes or TICKS... we ended up finding a new tickeless hotel.

I have stayed at this property in the past and it has been fine for just passing through. My stay last week was disappointing. The floor in the room was very dirty. There was almost no pressure in the shower and the knob for the shower came off in my hand.

The gen manager was a big help in that expedia had not confirmed our room with the hotel. We have had this problem before. That was taken care of and then an issue with the room, also taken care of. The manager on duty was very good.

When we arrived around 9:45 pm, there were 8-10 people outside the main lobby door drinking excessively and they were dropping bottles, cans, & cigarettes all over the ground. They were loud, smoking and it smelled like marijuana. Inside the lobby, there were 2 more men drinking & it smelled like marijuana. The woman who checked in ahead of us asked what was going on & the front desk told her “oh they’re regulars, they just got in town tonight.” The pool was filled with loud, male adults. When we moved the vehicle to the end of the building, there was a woman right outside that door, smoking marijuana. The room had black hair on the linens, in the sink & all over the bathroom. There were white round plastic bug traps on the floor. It was very loud at night AND early in the AM; people talking & doors slamming. Breakfast was terrible :( Will NOT be returning.

It was what you would expect of a Motel 8. Clean and everyone was nice. No elevator and don’t up to the Mexican Restaurant across the street. The chips were stale and they pour that Mexican white cheese over everything. Not very good.
