The two positives of our stay: the complimentary breakfast was phenomenal. They had everything and it was very good, better than most restaurants would serve. The mattresses were also pretty comfortable. On the bad side, the pool area was a disaster. The hot tub was closed and boarded up, there was poo in the pool and another pile outside the pool that was stepped in. The hallways were filthy, and our room was worn out and gross. We were not allowed a refund and I got the run around when I tried to complain. I'd recommend staying almost anywhere else.

The floor was not vacuumed in the first room we went in also the second - found debris and a sewing needle on the floor. Breakfast was lousy also compared to other Hamptons we’ve been in. On a positive note the front desk gave us a second room immediately and was genial about it. Bathrooms were OK.

Mixed review on this Hampton Inn

Air conditioning was great so sleep was very good. The cleanliness was not good at all. I stay in many hotels a year, many are Hampton Inns. Very disappointed in the housekeeping…dirt, hair, ugh.

Nice folks...no hot water

The front desk folks were very nice. Only issue was no hot water in the shower. I'm waiting to hear on my bill getting adjusted for the inconvenience.

Poor comfort

Twice we were disturbed by housekeeping on the morning of our checking out. When I complained to the manager I was told it is somewhat of a guessing game who checks out reason why they knock on doors. Why can't front desk let housekeeping know when a guest checked out and the room can be cleaned ??
