We operate a self-check-in system and cannot meet our guests to check their IDs and verify guests in person. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.

If the property is found left unsecured (windows or doors open/unlocked) during your stay and/or at check-out, we retain the right to charge a penalty fee. A fee will also apply if the keys are misplaced during your stay or not returned to the lockbox at check-out. Thank you, we really appreciate your co-operation!

Please do not wash our linens or towels, as they require professional laundering. Charges may apply for unauthorised washing, excessive soiling, or replacement of damaged items. Additional charges may also apply if the property is left in an unreasonable condition at check-out, such as excessive rubbish being left behind or dishes and cookware not being cleared away or loaded into the dishwasher.
