Needs better service

The hotel was a beautful place to stay But the rudness of the older gentleman was to much telling us where to park our car or or always watching what you do makes you uncomfortable. The wooden fire should be more clear as you use the wood for the fire only to find out your being charged which is no where to be found on paper or online. So felt a little like a scheme for money at the end which ruined the trip a little. We stayed when the weather dropped so we had to use the fire and asking for extra wood we were yelled at that it was to late etc and the weather was 2 degrees. If you walked around the property you were followed by the older man only for him to yell. The breakfast was horrible! Eggs were just yellow water. For us we wouldnt stay at this property again! Just because of the extra charges and the older man.

Péssimo atendimento

Tive uma experiência horrível, reservei 2 noites, porém só ficamos 1, pois adoeci na madrugada e passei muito mal, fui na recepção para informar e tentar deixar a outra diaria de credito para uma futuragiagem, porem fui informada que a responsável nao estava e que deveria mandar mensagem depois, mandei varias vezes em dias diferenres e em nenhuma fui respondida ate hoje, um descaso total com o cliente.

No local possui um senhor (não sei se é dono ou pai da dona) que é extremamente mal educado, entendo que devemos relevar algumas situações pela idade, porém ele me deu duas más respostas em duas perguntas que fiz, nunca fui de avaliar negativamente nenhum estabelecimento, mas a falta de educação e arrogância desse senhor é inadmissível. A única funcionária que possui um sorriso no rosto é a da limpeza, uma gracinha de pessoas, os outros todos de cara amarrada, desde o Checkin, até o café da manhã. O estacionamento tb é péssimo, muito apertado, carro grande tem muita dificuldade de manobrar. O banheiro fedia e esgoto e as instalações são bem antigas, não possui um suporte pra deixar nenhum objeto pessoal, tem que deixar em cima da pia. O café da manhã é bem simples, com poucas opções, o local bem apertado. Pelo preço da diária esperava mais do lugar. Não voltaria.

A localização é muito boa. Senti falta de um lugar p colocar as malas que não fosse um guarda roupa , mas prateleira já ajudava. Nós ficamos no chalé número 5 que subia um cheiro de esgoto, tbem sentimos falta de uma explicação para usar a banheira, foi necessário ir até a recepção para perguntar e a internet tbem foi ruim fomos informados que era ruim mesmo

Fuja!!!

Ficamos duas noites na pousada. No primeiro quarto com banheira ok. O outro que me foi dado, mais simples, porque não havia vaga no anterior, é carissimo( R$ 995 reais) e literalmente um lixo. Suíte 10. Cama e travesseiros surrados, decoração sofrível, banheiro sem ducha higiênica, sem maçaneta e porta principal com problemas na fechadura. Nos arredores havia entulhos e paredes à beira de um colapso. Café da manhã em local claustrofóbico. Estacionamento muito pequeno e apertado.jamais voltarei. Não indico. As fotos falam por si.

O chalé é lindo, com hidromassagem, vidros e demais confortos; porém se precisar da internet para qualquer coisa, esquece ! Horrível ! Tirante o barulho ensurdecedor dos latidos dos cães, o chalé é bacana. Estacionamento confuso e café da manhã claustrofóbico. Posso até voltar, mas vetei outros lugares.

Não reservem este lugar. Sujo, mil vezes sujo!

Horrível, eu não acredito que uma pousada suja, porca, precária como esta tem nota boa. Fomos pela nota e fomos enganamos completamente. Não fiquem neste local é muito sujo!!! Horrível!!! Fotos e nota enganosa. Passamos uma noite terrível, travesseiros e roupa de cama sujos, tinha cabelo, manchas na roupa de cama e toalhas. Cheiro de mofo, não possui aquecedor, apenas lareira a lenha, que volta fumaça e fica com um cheiro horrível. Toalhas sujas com marcas, banheiro com cheiro horrível. Chuveiro ruim. Se você for no frio não irá aguentar, pois não tem aquecedor e o chuveiro é elétrico, tem que abrir bem pouco pra ficar quente. Bom, minha experiência e do meu marido em Monte Verde se tornou péssimo por qual deste local.

Não recomendo! Atendimento péssimo.

O atendimento deixou muito a desejar. O chalé não estava bem limpo. Em um dado momento desligaram a água e simplesmente não conseguimos tomar banho. Tive que me vestir tudo de novo e ir ver o que estava acontecendo. Não tem vaga para carro de todos os hóspedes, e inclusive falaram pra gente deixar o carro na rua. Cafe da manha só inicia às 9 horas, então se você acorda cedo, vai ficar com fome. O quarto não tem interfone pra falar com a recepção. A hidromassagem não tem ralo por perto, se levantar e respingar água no chão já era. Inclusive, tive que ir pedir um pano para poder secar o chão do quarto e o senhor que estava na recepcao ainda achou ruim. Não aceita cartão, pagamento tem que ser dinheiro ou pix.Sinceramente, ja viajei por 17 estados brasileiros. Fiquei em muitos hoteis e pousadas, mas esse foi o pior atendimento que recebi.
