Tolles Haus

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem sehr gepflegten Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr großzügig angelegt und mit eigenem Pool, Grillplatz und Tischtennis hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne hierher.

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt

Anlage sehr gepflegt. Ruhig und idyllisch. Aufpassen sollte man nur beim Pool. Der ist in der Hauptbeschreibung angeboten und in der Beschreibung des Objekts dann saisonal ausgeschlossen. Der Preis ist dann aber scheinbar auch reduziert. Das WLAN war mit ca 1 Mbit Down- und 0,3 MBit Upload ein wenig dünn.

Traumhaft schönes Grundstück

Wir hatten mit unserer Hündin eine wunderschöne Woche auf diesem gepflegten Grundstück. Man hat seine Ruhe. Der Vermieter super freundlich und sehr unkompliziert. Wichtig zu wissen für Hundehalter. Dieses Grundstück selbst ist nicht eingezäunt. Es befinden sich vier Häuser ein Pferdestall auf dieser Anlage und die gesamte Anlage ist eingezäunt. Die Grundstücke sind nur mit Hecken und kleineren Mauern abgegrenzt. Uns besuchte jeden Tag ein fremder Hund von nebenan.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig gelegen und etwas abseits. In der Anlage gibt es ingesamt 4 Objekte, die aber jede für sich separiert ist und von den anderen Mietern der anderen Objekte nicht einsehbar ist, da genügend Platz um die einzelnen Objekte bestehen. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt Sigma ist in 10 Min. mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Küche ist mit Backofen, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühl-/Gefrierkombi gut ausgestattet ebenso wie mit Kochtöpfen und Geschirr. Ein sehr gutes italienisches Restaurants La Pieve ist unweit vom Haus entfernt und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen mit ebenso guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und vertrauensvoll. Absolut erholt sind wir aus unserem tollen Urlaub wieder zurück und erinnern uns gerne an die Zeit in der Casa Chiara.

Tolles Haus für den Hochsommer

Wir sind als Familie mit zwei Kindern (6 & 9) in dieses Haus gereist. Das luxuriöse Haus ist klasse ausgestattet. Die 3 Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Sousterrain. Anfang April 2022 ein wenig kühl, aber ohne Probleme beheizbar. Insgeasmt gibt es drei Bäder, so dass auch keinerlei "Badstress" aufgekommen ist. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat alles an Kochzubehör was benötigt wird. Hervorzuheben ist die Lage innerhalb einem abgeschlossenen Bereich! Klasse, vor allem mit Kindern und Hund.

die Unterkunft war super, kein...

die Unterkunft war super, keinerlei Beanstandungen oder Mängel, wir können sie nur empfehlen. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind, absolut von Vorteil waren die Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss, da es immer eine angenehme Temperatur hatte und durch Mückenschutz an allen Fenstern, praktisch frei von diesen Plagegeistern war. Eine wunderschöne und liebevoll gepflegte Anlage, der Eigentümer sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich.
