Location: The beautiful Rustico corresponds to the idea of the Rustico in Tuscany. The stone house is located above the Casoli (Camaiore). The absolute quiet location guarantees a relaxing holiday. On the terrace our guests can enjoy the beautiful panorama to the sea. The sandy beach is about 30 minutes away, to Lido di Camaiore are about 18 Km. The house is suitable for guests who like nature around. In Casoli, about 1 km away, there is a restaurant, bars and grocery stores. TV and WiFi for free.
Equipment: The living area is about 75 m². The decor is new. Living room with integrated open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.
To be paid on site: Deposit not optional €200. Electricity, gas and water not optional €42 per week. Bed linen included. Towels not provided. Final cleaning not optional €50.

Voll zufrieden
Zuerst möchte ich den sehr freundlichen Vermieter nennen, die Kommunikation lief auf englisch (sie haperte eher an unseren eigenen Kenntnissen) und alles organisatorische ging problemlos über die Bühne.
Das Haus selbst übertraf unsere Erwartungen und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl dort. Herrlicher Blick aufs Meer (bei entsprechender Sicht) und in die apuanischen Alpen. Das Gelände ist relativ steil und entsprechend auch teilweise die Wanderwege. Auch die letzten ca 800 m Anfahrt ist steil und einspurig. Kurz vor Beginn dieses Anstiegs gibt es eine Osteria "Il Chiosco nel Bosco", die zu unserer Zeit aber nur am Wochenende in Betrieb war. Der nächste Ort ist dann Casoli mit einer Bar, in der man auch Lebensmittel kaufen kann. Parkplatz zu finden kann dort zu bestimmten Zeiten schwierig sein. Der Ort ist aber sehenswert mit seinen vielen Wandmalereien. Zum Einkaufen, Cappuccini trinken und Pizza essen eignet sich dann sehr gut der nächst größere Ort Camaiore. Sehens- und besuchenswerte Ausflugsziele gibt es in weiterem Umfeld genügend.

Mooi huis met prachtig uitzicht
We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het huis. De plek was heel mooi, midden in de natuur met een adembenemend uitzicht . De weg ernaar toe is een hele klim, dus een auto is noodzakelijk. Het huis was goed ingericht, met centrale verwarming en het was erg schoon.
De eigenaar was heel attent en gastvrij.

Wer Urlaub in Ruhe genießen will, ist hier genau richtig. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Top Lage zum Wandern und Enstpannen bei kurvenreicher Anfahrt;-)

Schönes, ruhiges Haus mit traumhaftem Blick
Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus mit tollem Garten und einem wundervollen Blick bis auf das Mittelmeer. Es ist ruhig und man kann die Vorzüge der Toskana voll genießen. Man ist schnell in Pisa und am Meer. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.
