Un séjour parfait

Maison très spacieuse et particulièrement bien équipée. Grand sentiment de sécurité sur ce terrain immense dont l'entrée est gardée par un majestueux portail métallique. La propreté des lieux était remarquable et la gentillesse du propriétaire également. Un grand merci à Dino et à une prochaine fois.

Sehr schönes toskanisches Haus mit Riesengarten und sehr nettem Vermieter. Tolle Lage.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Das Haus hat toskanisches Flair und einen sehr großen Garten. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge nach Pisa (40 Minuten) und Lucca (35 Minuten) und Carrara (50 Minuten). Aber auch in unmittelbarer Umgebung kann man schöne Wanderungen machen oder nette, kleine Bergdörfchen besuchen. Das Meer erreicht man in ca. 20 Minuten (für Schnorcheln dort aber nicht interessant genug). Nochmals zur Unterkunft: Die Einrichtung ist etwas einfach, hat aber Charme und ist sauber. Wir haben aus folgenden Gründen "nur" 4 Sterne vergeben: Doppelbett aus unserer Sicht etwas unbequem und landestypisch leider nur eine durchgehende Matratze und eine Decke für beide. Kopfkissen etwas hart. Nicht alle Schlafräume kann man vollständig abdunkeln. Die Temperatur des Duschwassers schwankt manchmal etwas. Wir haben uns insgesamt aber sehr wohl gefühlt und der Vermieter ist supernett und hilfsbereit (hilft z. B. bei Freizeitplanung oder Anrufen und hat uns mal leckeren Kuchen vorbei gebracht). Auch die Kinder waren zufrieden, unter anderem, da das WLAN ganz gut funktionierte und zum Streamen reichte, wenn auch mal mit gelegentlichen Rucklern. Fazit: Rundum zufrieden mit kleinen Einschränkungen beim (Schlaf-) Komfort. Wir waren 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) und waren Anfang Oktober dort.

Een vakantie om nog eens over te doen!

En comfortabele woning, zeer geschikt voor 2 gezinnen en een oma, een mooie ruime tuin ideaal voor kinderen, een leuk plaatsje op loopafstand en een eigenaar die je bij aankomst pasta aanbiedt. Meer kon ik me niet wensen. Interessant gebied ook met Lucca, Pisa en Florence op ´berijdbare ´ afstand.een aanrader !
