This fantastic house is located in a small idyllically situated village on the outskirts of Calvià, with direct access to the famous Tramuntana mountains. Ideal site for cycling trips, trekking, hiking, etc.



IMPORTANT: essential to rent a car to enjoy your holiday at this accommodation as it is located in a remote location.



Accommodation Rules



It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the property. Non-compliance with this rule will result in a financial penalty.



Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa throughout the entire stay.



Guests shall be responsible for the waste generated, depositing it in the designated containers or collection points before departure.



A responsible use of air conditioning and heating is required, and they must be switched off whenever one is not inside the villa.



Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited.

In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours about noise or disruptive behaviour by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to immediately expel all guests, at any time of day or night, without any right to reimbursement, and furthermore proceeding to retain the deposit.
