The staff was outstanding and went above and beyond for us on more than one occasion. The pool and building were very clean and well kept and the food at the restaurant was some of the best I had- outstanding selections and wait staff courteous, helpful, and knowledgable. Not to mention beautiful views and Walkable to town and beach. Would absolutely Stay here again.

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon, so we had high expectations. The reception was friendly upon arrival, and the overall facilities were decent. The room was spacious, though slightly dated, and the terrace offered a nice view — though privacy was limited as neighboring rooms were clearly visible. Soundproofing was also not ideal. I also noticed several dark spots on one of the mirrors. What disappointed me the most was the service. After the first cleaning, we returned to find a used towel left in the bathtub — and this was not an isolated incident. There was always something slightly unfinished about the housekeeping. On the first day, some amenities were already nearly empty, including the hair conditioner, even though we hadn’t used them. I expected them to be refilled after housekeeping, but they weren’t. When I called the front desk, I was told that I would have to wait until the next morning. Even after asking again the following day, amenities remained unfilled until we checked out. At some point, I simply gave up on asking. The room key frequently malfunctioned, requiring several trips to the front desk, and the room only had two very small trash bins, which felt quite inconvenient. As it was our honeymoon, we had hoped for at least a touch of thoughtful service — not necessarily anything special, but at least the basics done right. Unfortunately, even those weren't properly taken care of. Considering the amount we paid, the service didn't meet our expectation.

Beautiful area. Great water access. Quiet and relaxing. Excellent staff and very friendly. Lovely and clean resort. We had breakfast option and it was excellent! Bedroom just a tiny bit small. Would prefer to have water available in room than always going to fill up pitcher. Loved the view!!!

I paid for all inclusive but did not get access to all inclusive. I could not eat or drink during the day because all inclusive was limited. They force you to buy food by the pool. There were issues with my shower and the toilet as well.

We booked this property based on glowing Expedia reviews, expecting a high-end experience. Unfortunately, it fell short in several key areas and is clearly in need of renovation. At check-in, the reception staff seemed more focused on upselling room upgrades than welcoming guests. Despite booking through Expedia with VIP benefits, these weren’t mentioned at all—I had to ask near the end of our stay about the complimentary sparkling wine, which was eventually provided. The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear footsteps echoing through the tiled corridors and even toilets flushing from the floors above. Breakfast was average. The omelettes were the highlight, but the wait time was longer than expected and the overall selection felt uninspired. This property may have once been premium, but it’s not living up to that reputation now. I’d recommend looking elsewhere until it’s had a proper refresh.
