Peaceful and quiet surroundings with a great location close to the beach. The food was really good, cocktails were excellent, and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. The only downsides were some ants in the room and that the rooms weren’t very soundproof — in the mornings you could hear the cleaning staff in the hall and other guests. Overall though, still a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We stayed at Nilo & Spa on 08/16/25 and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The AC in our room was not working, yet the front desk insisted it was fine instead of addressing the problem. After repeated complaints and asking to speak with management, they finally promised either a repair by morning or a refund. The AC was eventually fixed, but only after unnecessary stress and arguments with multiple staff.

I loved everything about this hotel apart from the frosted glass door on the bathroom. Please invest in a proper door for privacy. And the pillows were not very good. Everything else was wonderful.

A lovely hotel within easy walking distance to the beach and bars and restaurants. The staff are so pleasant and go above and beyond to make your stay special. They would be the main reason I would go back there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in that area.

Loved the quiet haven away from the busy beach and shopping area. Loved the huge mix of European guests. Loved the generous breakfast selection. The condition of the rooms is very tired and in need of an update, although clean and bathroom was of high standard. Daily cleaning of room could have included a mop or good sweep to take away sand. The walls are thin, kept awake by next room who were up all night having an early morning flight, with a lot of noise caused by beds which scrape along floor. This hotel finds itself between being an adult only and a family hotel and ends up not catering that well for either in terms facilties, with older adults at pool being continually annoyed by children and staff telling children they can't jump in pool or throw a ball. The pool is small and most of it too deep for none swimmers. All staff were very attentive and friendly at all times, they all worked very hard. The pancake lady was just lovely. The breakfast was varied and mostly good , although bought and used own butter as the butter provided was awful. Only tried evening meal once, it was very nice but a little expensive, especially when children from 12 have to pay for full price adult meal.

We were on a half board basis and the food was exceptional. The staff were all so friendly and polite. Lovely walking distance to town for plenty of bars and restaurants and the beach. A little splash slide by the chikdrens pool would be amazing.

The hotel is lovely and relaxing area around the pool. Not much entertainment provided and none at all on the weekend in August was surprising- Bar staff very attentive and friendly and Matty on reception desk has to get a special mention always so helpful and friendly.What we didnt like was the beds were uncomfortable and as our room was on 1st floor room 105 the noise every morning from early with the maids above dragging furniture was really hard to be woken every day this way. .

Overall was alright , but don't expect much from the staff. The description on hotels.com isn't correct ! no free car park belong to the hotel. You can park in a free council park 5 mins walk from the hotel if you find a place ! No grantee , the staff basically said NO to us to park the car and not even given us a chance for 1 day to park at there car park! They tricked us and gave us a room with a small window no balcony or patio as per description ! I paid £125 per night ! I had to complain the second day of my stay as the room did;t meet the expectations, luckily it was resolved and they gave us a balcony room ! Also, our first morning I woke up on screaming of the room service lady at 8:30 ! shouting Sorry sorry inside the room ...... ( it felt like a jock ! nothing like 4 star hotel) I am ain't picky person and always happy with basics as you get what you pay for ! if you have a choice try somewhere else ... We enjoyed it after changing the room and kind of worked out ourselves the car parking etc ..... The breakfast was alright , some variety but same every day .... overall found it good .

They claimed to be VIP but did not offer anything during the check-in. Instead, they sent us to the small facility with four floors without an elevator. We had to carry all our heavy pieces of luggage using the stairs. The room was very smelly (like old and dirty). There is nothing of VIP hotel in that room. Location is great. I will not stay at this hotel again.
