We have just returned and had a wonderful time. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the food in the pool bar is really good and the breakfast buffet has anything you might want. The pool is lovely and the room was clean, spacious with a great shower. We would definitely return here :)

Really happy with our stay in Holiday Center. Great location for shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. Even though it's really close to the main area it's in a quiet location. Entertainment each night, staff were nice. Had a bit of an issue ordering food using the qr code provided. Would definitely return to this hotel again.

Small holiday home, but has mostly everything you will need. Dislike the street it’s on though, a bit/very rowdy and noise at night, but it’s not a bit problem. Overall you get what you pay for, good, convenient and great price so cannot complain.

Nice place for a family

We had a lovely stay, we were allowed to check in early which was nice. Upon checking out we were also allowed to leave our bags at the hotel reception as we had a late flight back. The only downside was a not very good air-conditioning at the apartment and not so comfy mattresses. Other than that, good value for money. Close to the beach and all the restaurants.

Hotel très agréable, bien situé et très propre, personnel globalement serviable et à l'écoute. Cependant, le service au bar restaurant est chaotique: repas commandé à 20h00, toujours pas servi à 21h30 malgré plusieurs rappels. Finalement comme nos enfants mourraient de faim, nous avons annulé la commande et avons préparé notre repas dans la chambre.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten in der Parallelstrasse unterhalb des Eingangs. Ca 300m zum Strand. Im Hotel gibt es Speisen, Getränke usw. Auch ausserhalb der Supermarktöffnungszeiten gibt es Getränkeautomaten. Direkt neben dem Hotel sind auch Supermärkte. Ca 600m eroski. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Einziges Manko ist, dass sich die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer befindet und das Schlafzimmer nicht ordentlich runterkühlt. Hatten Zimmer im Dach, Bereich 4.

Hotellet er hyggeligt men med meget larm. Primært henvendt til børnefamiler. Der er ekstremt meget larm pga børn overalt. I restauranten hvor der serveres morgenmad er der så meget larm at man dårlig kan føre en samtale. Vi rejste som par, og jeg kan ikke anbefale hotellet til par, men børnefamilierne har sikkert haft det fint.

Bon séjour pourtant une découverte de Palma

Séjour très agréable mais il serait bon de préciser la présence de chambre au 4ème étage SANS ASCENSEUR. Hôtel pouvant être difficile à vivre pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. Sinon l’appartement est bien conçu, hormis la climatisation présente uniquement dans la pièce de vie et non dans la chambre. De ce fait les températures ne restent très élevées. Emplacement très bien à l’écart des pubs pouvant être bruyant le soir tout en étant à 6-7 minutes de la plage à pied.

Nous avons passé un Superbe Séjour dans cet établissement. Nous avons pris la formule petit-déjeuner ( nous le conseillons …) le buffet des petit-déjeuner est vraiment très bien fourni, pour tous les goûts. Ménage fait tous les 2 jours dans les appartements avec changement des draps et de serviettes. La piscine est top, les transats très nombreux. Très bien situé, commerces, restaurants et plages à proximité ( 10 mn à pied). Le personnel est très agréable et prévenant. Mention particulière à Marga à l’Accueil. Elle est très efficace, sympathique, souriante et parle plusieurs langues. Bref n’hésitez pas: réservez !

Struttura carina. Personale cortese. L’unico problema la pulizia della stanza viene fatta solo su prenotazione, ma anche se prenoti non passano e la stanza rimane sporca. Non ci sono i coprimaterassi sui letti, solo lenzuola che si spostano di notte e ti lasciano dormire a diretto contatto col materasso. Il condizionatore non funzionava.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Die Apartment Zimmer waren hervorragend. Das Hotel ist sehr gut für Familien geeignet als auch junge Erwachsene die nah an Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants sein wollen, jedoch Nachts etwas Ruhe genießen möchten. Es war einfach die perfekte Kombi, da man nur in 3 Minuten bei den Straßen ist, wo alles zu finden ist. Der Strand ist auch ca. 5 Min zu Fuß zuerreichen. Als auch das Reisebüro Mar Sur, wo man alle beliebten Exkursionen buchen kann. Zusammenfassend kann ich nur sagen, dass wir echt gerne wieder zu euch ins Hotel zurückkehren werden. 😊

Merci pour cet agréable séjour

Super hotel. Demi-pension au top. Accueil très agréable. Très bien situé par rapport à la plage et pour visiter l'île. Canapé-lit bien pour les enfants mais moyen pour les adultes. Faible isolation (comme tous les hôtels dans le genre sans doute) mais la gêne vient essentiellement des gens peu respectueux. Lits dans la chambre super. Douche top.
