Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this beautiful villa with private pool in Calpe, Costa Blanca. This charming villa, perfect for groups of up to 12 people, features six bedrooms and four bathrooms, distributed across two independent floors. Air conditioning, WiFi, close to all services and beaches in Calpe.



Interior



On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room equipped with SAT/TDT TV. The villa has two kitchens: one on each floor. The kitchen on the upper floor is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and fridge, whilst the one on the ground floor has a gas cooker, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The ground floor also has two bedrooms with two single beds each, a bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.

All rooms on the upper floor have a fan, whilst on the ground floor only one double room has a fan. The double rooms, both upstairs and downstairs, are equipped with electric heaters.

The villa is situated on a large enclosed plot with pine trees, ideal for families with children, as it offers plenty of space to enjoy. The 8x3.5 metre pool with Roman steps and an outdoor shower is perfect for cooling off. There is also a barbecue with fridge and washing machine, and parking space on the same plot for four vehicles.



Location



Located in the "Calalga" urbanisation, the villa is very close to the beaches and all services. The sea is only 550 metres away, and the sandy beach, along with restaurants and supermarkets, is 1.3 km from the property.
