Supermarket 350 m, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop "Parada Bus" 1.3 km, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, y Benidorm Palace (Benidorm). The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
