To keep you comfortable throughout your stay, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, a private parking spot in the garage is provided for your convenience (please read the special parking note below).

3: If you want to use the Gym facilities, you have to register via a special App.

4: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 4 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

5: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.

6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
