Distributed in 3 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, TV and bathroom with shower en suite, one with two single beds both with large built-in wardrobes and a third with a bunk bed. The heart of the apartment, its large living room! It is an open space with a fully equipped American kitchen with induction hobs and a comfortable sofa with a 52-inch TV. An incredible bright space with sea views, which leads to a 40 square meter terrace, glazed and equipped with a chill sofa area and another with a table and chairs.From this terrace you will feel and enjoy an unrepeatable landscape of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach. The apartment also has a laundry area, ducted air conditioning, three fans, high-speed internet, community pool and two parking spaces in the garage. - VERY IMPORTANT - SUV OR ANY EXTRA WIDE/TALL CAR WON'T BE ABLE TO ENTER THE PARKING OF THE COMPLEX. Brand new apartment (redecorated and furnished in August 2022) located on the first line, with views of the Rock, the marina and the Cantal Roig bay. An opportunity to enjoy our unique climate and landscape.

Amazing views!

The views are absolutely amazing! My boys loved the pool, and it was often just our family. We walked almost every where we went to eat or relax. Being right in the boardwalk is convenient. We had a couple of issues, and the management company was quick to try and resolve them. I would stay here again when visiting Calpe.
