This spacious 185 m² apartment, located in the La Fossa area next to the Peñón de Ifach Natural Park, offers direct access to the promenade and beach.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other two with twin beds. The living-dining room is bright and comfortable, equipped with sofas, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning in the living room and one of the bedrooms. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle.
There are two full bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with an en-suite shower, located next to the dressing room and the master bedroom, which offers wonderful sea views. Additionally, the apartment has a guest toilet that connects to another full bathroom with a shower and direct access to the terrace.
The apartment has two impressive terraces. The first is spacious and offers the best views of the beach and the Peñón de Ifach, perfect for sunbathing. It also includes a bathroom with a shower.
