Das Objekt war nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Für das Nachreinigen wurde eine Erstattung gewährt. Einige Möbel sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen: Sie erfüllen ihre Funktion, aber optisch sind sie kein Hingucker. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr eng und wirkt vollgestopft.Sehr positiv war, dass es genügend Ablageflächen und Aufhängmöglichkeiten gab. Der Balkon ist von angenehmer Größe und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Insgesamt ein passendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Hallo, beim Eintritt in das Apartment hatte ich den Eindruck als würde ich in ein Hallenbad kommen. Ein stechender Chlorgeruch kam mir entgegen. Wir haben den ganzen Tag gelüftet. Empfehlenswert ist auch ein Außenrollo am Schlafzimmerfenster. Alle anderen Apartments sind damit ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war sauber, großer Balkon und gut eingerichtete Küche. Vielen Dank

Die Unterkunft war gut und ausreichend ausgestattet. Ich habe viele Fahrradtouren (Texel, Ijsselmeer, Schoorlse Duinen usw.) gemacht. Insgesamt bin ich ca. 500 Km gefahren. Da es teilweise sehr windig war, war ich froh ein E-Bike zu haben. Ich überlege bereits jetzt, nächstes Jahr wieder hinzufahren.Zum Dünenaufgang sind es ca. 600 Meter und zum Zentrum nach Callantsoog ca. 1,5 KM.GrußMichael aus Marburg

Appartment absolut zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und gut gelegen, hat einen tollen Balkon und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Absolut ausreichend Töpfe in allen Größen, alles an Geschirr, was man braucht. Ein großer Tisch, gute Stühle, ein bequemes Bett. Perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub.Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter prompt und freundlich. Alles sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen gern wieder.

Alles wie erwartet, Unterkunft sauber und ruhig, Küche mit guter Ausstattung . Mappe mit Ausflugszielen vorhanden, aber Ziele mit näherer Beschreibung sollten schon zuhause ausgesucht werden. Beschaulicher Ort mit verschiedenen Restaurants, die eine gute Auswahl zulassen. Super fester Sandstrand, der zu Spaziergängen am Wasser verleitet. Alles auch ohne Fahrzeug erreichbar, verlangt aber etwas persönliche Mobilität. Fahrradverleih im Hotel nebenan möglich, übliche Preise, sehr freundliche und auskunftfreudige Rezeptionistin. Alles zusammen war es für uns ein gelungener Kurzurlaub in empfehlenswerter Umgebung!

Schöne Wohnung, zu dieser Jahreszeit zu empfehlen (bei vollbesetzten Wohnungen vielleicht etwas rummelig). Ausstattung gut. Sehr ausgekühlt, sodass zunächst viel geheizt werden musste. Das macht sich bei den Nebenkosten bemerkbar, sollte aber kein Hinderungsgrund sein, die Wohnung zu mieten

Nordsee im Winter

Das Haus und den Urlaubsort Callantsoog haben wir schon viele Male besucht. In diesem Appartement, Nr. 322, waren wir allerdings zum ersten Mal. Mit der Vertragsgestaltung und den allgemeinen Hinweisen, sowie den Empfehlungen waren wir sehr zufrieden, ebenso mit der Ausstattung. Es wäre andererseits vielleicht doch sinnvoll gewesen, auf die enormen Energiekosten, die sich durch die Heizung (Außentemperatur 0 - 6 Grad C.) ergeben, im Vorfeld hinzuweisen. Andererseits war der Grundpreis der Unterkunft sehr günstig, so dass hier ein Ausgleich stattfindet. Alles in allem: prima und empfehlenswert!
